Ingredients:
1 package (1 lb) penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
2 whole carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 zucchini, cut into circles then quartered
1/2 yellow squash, cut into circles then quartered
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
3 cups chopped kale (stalk removed) or 3 cups baby spinach
3 tablespoons salted butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, finely shredded
1/4 cup pasta water from penne noodles
1/2 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (more to taste)

• 1 pound penne pasta
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup artichoke hearts
• 6 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

1️⃣ 00:39 - Cook pasta according to package directions.
2️⃣ 00:49 - Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in red onion and asparagus and saute 5 to 7 minutes until asparagus is tender crisp.
3️⃣ 01:09 - Add in peas, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts and stir briefly until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
4️⃣ 01:19 - Add in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat.
5️⃣ 01:29 - Add in pasta and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, and parmesan until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with freshly chopped parsley to garnish.

Easy Pasta Primavera Recipe | 30-Minute Pasta Primavera
Today I made one of my special dish which is called Pasta Primavera ???? for the pasta lovers ❤️
As usual I made this recipe with full of my love and affection towards you guys. Hope you will like it ????
✅ Used Ingredients:
✓Semolina pasta 250-350 gm
✓Bell peppers (yellow & green) ½ cup each
✓Cherry tomatoes ½ cup
✓Long beans/ borboti ½ cup
✓Green chilli 2 tbsp
✓Mushroom ½ cup
✓Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
✓Butter 2 tbsp
✓Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Seasonings
• Chilli flakes 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme)
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
✅ Cooking method:
1. Cut the veggies in large julienne and boil the pasta with some salt and oil and then drain it with cold water.
2. Put oil and butter then sauté the chopped garlic until light brown then add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add veggies, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and sauté for 5-8 minutes.
4. Add boiled pasta, Italian seasoning and lime juice then sauté for another 8 min and serve it hot.

Ingredients
▢1 tablespoon oil
▢1 red bell pepper (chopped)
▢1 cup carrot matchsticks
▢1½ teaspoons salt (reduce if using salted broth)
▢2 cloves garlic (minced)
▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
▢¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth or chicken
▢1½ cups heavy cream
▢4½ cups penne pasta (about 410 grams or 14.5 ounces)
▢1 small zucchini (halved lengthwise and sliced)
▢1 cup small broccoli florets
▢1 cup frozen peas
▢2 cups chopped fresh spinach
▢½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (omit for vegetarian)
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pepper and carrots and sauté until crisp-tender.
Add salt, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
Add broth and cream, and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in pasta, zucchini, and broccoli.
Reduce to medium heat and continue cooking and stirring, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cover and continue cooking until the pasta is al dente (stirring occasionally).
Remove from heat and stir in peas, spinach, and Parmesan. Cover and let it sit for 2 minutes until the peas are warmed through and the spinach is wilted.
