Peanut Butter & Jelly Fudge | PBnJ Fudge | How to make fudge
Hi guys,
Welcome back to my Channel, Baked By Manushi. It is the second video of the year and will be sharing kids favourite dessert, that is PEANUT BUTTER n JELLY FUDGE.
Baked by manushi
RECIPE: PEANUT BUTTER n JELLY FUDGE
INGREDIENTS:
60gm Crunchy peanut butter
60gm Salted butter
240gm Powdered sugar
20gm Jelly or Jam
METHOD:
Melt the peanut butter for about 1 minute in a microwave with an interval of 30 seconds. Similarly, melt the salted butter for 30 seconds in a microwave.
Then in a large bowl add in the powdered sugar. Make sure the sugar is well granulated otherwise there are chances of formation of lumps.
Add the butter and peanut butter into the powder sugar and mix till all ingredients are well incorporated and no lumps are left.
Add in your favourite jelly flavour. I have used Homemade Plum Jam, but store-bought can also work. You can add strawberry jam as well.
In a greased tin/ line a flat bowl with parchment paper and pour the fudge batter and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours to set.
After it is set take it out from the bowl and cut into pieces of your choice.

Grilled Beef Bowl Recipe - Inspired by DAK Pandora's Satu'li Canteen
Our favorite restaurant in all of Walt Disney World is Satu'li Canteen. The options are healthy and delicious, the portions are plentiful, and the price is just right. Once we got home from our first trip to visit Pandora at Animal Kingdom, the entire family was craving the Slow Roasted Sliced Beef Bowl, so we did our best to recreate the recipe here at home. Enjoy!
