Recipe
.All Purpose Flour 270 g
.Natural Peanut Butter 250 g
.Apple Sauce 250 g
.Sugar 130 g
.Milk 130 g
.Egg (medium) 1
.Baking Powder 5 g
.Baking Soda 3 g
.Salt 3 g
Bake in a static preheated oven at 170 °C / 340 °F for about 60 minutes, check with a toothpick the cooking after about 55 minutes, if it comes out dry and clean is ready, let it cool down 10 minutes and take it out of the mold, then let it cool down completely at room temperature on a wire rack, keep it away from light and air, it will be good for at least 3 days, but I am sure it will end much sooner for how good it is, enjoy!

Turns out this one is from the great depression, which automatically means I had to try making it. I love making recipes from the great depression because people had to get really creative when ingredients were sparse. It's like a culinary snapshot into the past. Well anyways, turns out peanut butter bread is super easy to make and quite tasty.

Peanut Butter bread or a nut butter bread is a quick and easy recipe. You need very few ingredients and it comes out as a filling and low carb alternative to bread. It tastes savoury and goes well with a keto jelly or jam. Peanut butter is easily available and cheaper than using almond flour. That is the reason I tried to make this recipe. Little bit of this gluten free bread, goes a long way. This low carb bread can be eaten with Indian curries, mayo mustard or as a snack with you coffee. 3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Makes 25-30 cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.
3. Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
4. For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
6. Remove from baking sheet and cool.
