Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
150 g butter
100g peanut butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
100g choc chips
bake in oven at 160ºC for 25 mins
You don't need to add the rice flour but it gives it a lighter and fluffier texture :)
