8 oz Cream Cheese :

1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 1/4 c All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
12 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 c Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans
Cream cheese adds flavor and a chewy texture to these pizza-sized cookies. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease two 12-inch pizza pans. Cream butter, sugars, cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl. Add eggs; beat until light. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Add to creamed cheese mixture; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide dough in half; press each half evenly into a prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool completely in pans on wire racks. To serve, cut into slim wedges or break into pieces. Typed by Syd Bigger.

Giant chocolate chip cookie! | Easy cookie recipe!
For today’s easy recipe I will teach you how to make a giant chocolate chip cookie! Sometimes known as a cookie cake or a panookie, this giant cookie recipe is packed with rich caramel notes and loaded with delicious chocolate chips. It has a wonderful crispy edge and soft chewy center. The best part is that there is no scooping or chilling required and this easy giant chocolate chip cookie recipe takes less than 40 minutes to make, making it a quick treat or the perfect dessert for a potluck or party!
Giant chocolate chip cookie recipe:
Ingredients:
1+1/2 cup all purpose flour (195 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (3 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2.5 grams)
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (2 grams)
1/2 cup softened salted butter (113 grams)
1/4 cup granulated white sugar (50 grams)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar (140 grams)
1 large room temperature egg (55 - 60 grams)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (8 grams)
1 cup chocolate chips (160 grams) *
*Reserve 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate chips to sprinkle on the top
Directions:
Preheat your over to 350F/175C. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 10 spring form pan (Can also be made in a 9 or 11 pan, spring form is optional). In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. Whisk until well combined and set aside.
In a separate large bowl combine butter and both sugars. Mix on medium low for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Scrape down the bowl. Add in the egg and vanilla and continue mixing for another 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is airy and light in both texture and colour.
Add in 1/2 of the dry ingredients and mix on low until just combined. Scrape down the bowl. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips (reserve 2-3 tablespoons for the top) ensuring that they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.
Use a spatula to evenly spread the dough into the prepared pan. Then use your fingers to ensure its nice and level and pressed all the way into the edges of the pan. Bake your giant chocolate chip cookie for 20-25 minutes (closer to 20 minutes for an 11 and closer to 25 minutes for a 9) and take it out when its an even golden brown. Allow it to cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes. I like to serve this giant cookie while its still warm. Slice and enjoy! This recipe makes 12-16 portions depending on how you cut it.

Ingredients:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 200g
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Brown sugar granulated 1 Cup or to taste
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 & ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ¾ Cups
-Baking soda 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Chocolate chips 1 Cup
-Chocolate chips as required
Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter & microwave until it melts (1 minute & 30 seconds) & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,brown sugar,caster sugar and mix well.
-Add melted butter,vanilla essence and mix well.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,baking soda,salt,baking powder & sift all dry ingredients together then mix well with the help of spatula.
-Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
-On 8 x 12-inch baking pan lined with butter paper,add cookie dough & spread evenly.
-Sprinkle chocolate chips,press gently & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
-Take out baking pan from oven & let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
-Cut into bars & serve!

-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,baking soda,namak aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift ker lein. Phir spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chocolate chips dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-8 x 12-inch baking pan per butter paper laga lein aur cookie dough dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Chocolate chips dal ker gently press karein & 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 30-35 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Baking pan ko oven sa bahir nikal lei aur 10-15 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
