How To make Quaker's: Not So Sinful Brownies
1/4 c Vegetable oil
3 Squares unsweet chocolate
1 1/4 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Applesauce
4 Egg whites or
-2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 t Vanilla
1 c QUAKER Oats uncooked
-(quick or old fashioned) 1 c All-purpose flour
1 t Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt (optl)
1 tb Powdered sugar
Heat oven to 250 F. Lightly spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. In large saucepan, melt oil and chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in granulated sugar and applesauce until sugar is dissolved. Stir in egg whites and vanilla until completely blended. Add combined oats, flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 22 to 2s minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving. Brownie saludable libre de harinas y azúcares refinados donde el ingrediente principal es el algarrobo, una gran alternativa al chocolate, ya que no contiene cafeína y posee un bajísimo contenido de grasa, además es dulce por naturaleza.
Ingredientes:
• 1 taza de harina de almendra
• ¾ de taza de algarrobo en polvo
• 1 platano maduro
• 2 huevos enteros
• 1 vaso de agua (200 ml)
• 2 cucharadas de crema de almendra sin azúcar
• 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear
• 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla natural (opcional)
• Fresas o frambuesas para decorar (opcional)

Cookie Dough Baked Oats:
- 20g loose Peanut Butter ( 1 1/2 tbsp )
- 20g Maple Syrup ( 1 tbsp)
- 45g Milk (3 tbsp)
- 25g Oat Flour or 4 tbspmh( Do NOT pack it in the spoon)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
Cook on high for about 1:30-1:45 seconds. Every microwave is different so please keep that in mind. DO NOT over bake.
Brownie Mug Oats:
- 20g loose Peanut Butter ( 1 1/2 tbsp )
- 20g Maple Syrup ( 1 tbsp)
- 60g Milk (4 tbsp)
- 20g Oat Flour ( 3 tbsp)
- 5g Cocoa ( 3/4 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
Cook on high for about 1:30-1:45 seconds. Every microwave is different so please keep that in mind. DO NOT over bake.
Banana Bread Mug Oats:
- 20g loose Peanut Butter ( 1 1/2 tbsp )
- 25-35g (around 1/4 of a large Banana)
- 20g Maple Syrup ( 1 tbsp)
- 45g Milk ( 3 tbsp)
- 25g Oat Flour or 4 tbsp( Do NOT pack it in the spoon)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Crushed Nuts or Chocolate Chips
Cook on high for about 1:30-1:45 seconds. Every microwave is different so please keep that in mind. DO NOT over bake.

The sweetness comes from the natural sugars in the raisins and apple. So, it's just a little sweet. However, if you prefer a sweeter taste, you can always add a sweetener of your choice,
Ingredients:
230 g rolled oats(2 1/2 cups)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tablespoon)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium apples
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries (optional) 1/4 cup
a pinch of salt
26 x 10 cm/ 10 x 4 inches baking form
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
