How To make Sauteed Shrimp with Corn In Spicy Wine Sauce
1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and
-deveined, shells Reserved 2 tb Vodka
1 ea Lalrge egg white, lightly
-beaten 3 tb Corn oil
5 ea Garlic oils, minced
1 tb Soaked, minced dried shrimp
-(optional) 1/4 c Sake
3 lg Plum tomatoes, peeled and
-finely chopped 1 1/2 c Chicken or shrimp stock
1 t Coarse or kosher salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground white pepper
1 t Cornstarch, mixed with 1 T.
-water 1/2 c Fresh corn kernels,
-preferably white (or use Thawed frozen corn) 1/4 c Finely chopped red bell
-pepper 1 lg Jalapeno chili, minced
1 tb Peeled, grated fresh ginger
-root 3 ea Scallions, finely chopped
Combine the shrimp, vodka -and egg white in
a medium bowl.Mix well and refrigerate for 30 min. Heat 1 T. of the oil in a small saucepan. Add the garlic and dried shrimp, if using, and cook over high heat until the ingredients release their flavor, about 1 minute. Add the reserved shrimp shells, sake, and
half of the chopped tomatoes. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring, for 3 min. Add the stock, salt, white pepper and the cornstarch mixture, bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 min., or until the liquid is reduced by half. Strain through a fine sieve; set aside. Heat the remaining 2 T. oil in a large skillet until hot but not smoking. Add the shrimp and marinade, and stir-fry until half-cooked, about 1 to 2 min. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon; set aside. Add remaining tomatoes, corn, red bell pepper, jalapeno and ginger to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 min. Return shrimp and reserved sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry over medium heat until ingredients are heated through and shrimp are cooked, about 3 min. Add chopped scallions, toss and serve immediately. 4 oz. large shrimp
Pappardelle pasta
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
2-3 tbsps. tomato paste
1 tsp dry pepper flakes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Gordon Ramsay Cooks Shrimp Scampi In Just 10 Minutes | Ramsay in 10
Gordon is out to prove that all you need to make a stunning dish is 10 Minutes and incredible ingredients. So on Ramsay in 10 he's challenging some of his favourite chefs to prove that he's right. This week Gordon's first guest is none other than...him! Watch as he cooks up a delicious Shrimp Scampi with capellini Pasta that you can easily make on any busy evening. Yields 1 serving
Ingredients
8-12 each 16/20 peeled, deveined shrimp
4 oz dry capellini / angelhair pasta
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
3 each garlic bulbs
1 each large shallot, small diced
2 tsp chili flakes
2 each lemons
¼ cup white wine
2 Tbsp capers
½ Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ Cup seafood stock
2 oz butter, cubed
1 parmesan cheese wedge
1 sprig basil, picked
TT Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Method
Add water to a 4 quart sauce pot. Salt liberally, cover with a lid bring to a boil.
Heat a medium nonstick sauté pan on medium heat with one tablespoon of olive oil. When hot add the shallots, finely grate the garlic bulbs into the pan and sauté for 2 minutes to soften them. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and cook until it is almost evaporated from the pan. Add the seafood stock, chilli flakes, capers, cherry tomatoes and lemons (zested and juiced). When the sauce comes to a simmer, season the raw shrimp with salt and pepper and poach in the liquid for about 1 minute per side. Add the cubed butter to melt. Taste and season the sauce accordingly.
Meanwhile, when the pot of water begins to boil, add the pasta and use tongs or a fork to gradually push it into the seasoned water as it starts to soften. Boil the pasta, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t stick together, for about 3-5 minutes, or until al dente. Strain the pasta and quickly add it to the pan with the scampi sauce and cooked shrimp. Toss the pasta in the sauce to coat evenly. Finally, tear the fresh basil leaves and toss into the pasta before plating.
Plate the cooked pasta into a medium size bowl with some height. Garnish with a grating of parmesan cheese.

1.5 pound of X-large Shrimp
4 tomatoes small
1 small red onion
10 garlic gloves minced
1 bag of mussels
1 1/2 stick of butter
2 cup of white whine cooking wine
1/4 cup parsley
Cook for 5 mins with the lid on
Then add mussels cook for another 5 -8
Add shrimp cook for 5 minS or until done
Shrimp SEASONING
Half Tablespoon Old bay
Half Tablespoon Onion and herb
1 teaspoon garlic salt
