BURNT MISO BROWN BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients:
113 grams butter, 1/2 cup
2 tbsp white miso or light miso
118 grams brown sugar, spooned and packed, about ½ cup & 2 tbsp
2 tbsp milk of choice
1 large egg at room temperature
50 grams white sugar, 1/4 cup
1 tsp vanilla extract
175 grams flour, spooned and leveled, 1 & 1/4 cup
8 grams cornstarch, 1 tbsp
1 ½ tsp baking powder
113 grams dark chocolate, about 1 bar, chopped

Makes about 18-20 cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, room temperature
2/3 cup (135g) Sugar
3/4 cup (170g) Raw tahini (sesame seed paste)
1½ cup + 1 tbsp (200g) All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Maple/date syrup/honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2. In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar. Add tahini, vanilla extract and syrup or honey. Beat until smooth.
3. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until incorporated. If the dough too soft add 1 tablespoon flour.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Scoop 1 tablespoon. Shape a ball, then roll in sesame seeds and flatten the cookies into discs.
6. Bake for about 10-12 Minutes or until bottoms and edges are golden. Let cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.

继续来做“黑芝麻饼”。做法简单直接又健康,口感跟传统花生饼相似,外酥内松散入口即化口。采用了纯黑芝麻粉来制作,可以在烘焙店买到很方便,找不到也可以炒香黑芝麻,放凉后磨成粉哦。新鲜出炉,满屋黑芝麻香,天然黑芝麻黑更衬托出顶部黄金的腰豆。放进嘴里,外酥脆腰豆内部松散芝麻入口即化口感,腰豆和花生酱让黑芝麻香味提升不少。适合当年饼。
收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温收密封容器保存一个月。要新鲜7天内吃。
Continue to make Black Sesame Cookies. The recipe is simple, straightforward and healthy. The texture is similar to Traditional Peanut Cookies, flaky on the outside and loose that melts in your mouth on the inside. Made with pure black sesame powder, which can be easily bought at baking ingredients shop. If you can't find it, lightly stir toast black sesame seeds until fragrant, let them cool then grind into powder. Freshly baked, whole house is filled black sesame aroma, natural black sesame color highlights the golden Cashew Nuts on top evenmore. Cashew Nuts are crunchy on the outside and loose black sesame on the inside with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Cashew Nuts and peanut butter really enhance black sesame flavor a lot. Suitable as CNY cookies.
Storage Method: After baking, let it cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for one month. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.
