Texas-Style Smoked Turkey Breast
One of the easiest and most delicious ways to cook turkey, these Smoked Turkey Breasts are both flavorful and juicy (no dry birds here!). Customize with your favorite BBQ rub, smoke, then finish off in a generous butter bath. We love eating this plain, but they also make for a killer turkey sandwich!
The recipe:
2 – Turkey Breasts, boneless
½ C – BBQ General SPG Rub
3 Sticks - Butter
Directions
1. Preheat smoker to 275 degrees F.
2. Remove the skin from the turkey breast and trim if needed.
3. Season the breasts generously on all sides with Cock-a-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub, BBQ General SPG, Texas Rodeo Rub or your favorite BBQ Rub.
4. Place the breasts on the smoker, serve side up to start.
5. Insert a probe to monitor the internal temperature of the turkey. Once the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, pull the turkey and place on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil, serve side down. (so you see the underside of the turkey breast.
6. Fold up the sides but do not close completely. Melt the butter and then pour over the two breasts. Fold up and close the foil.
7. Place the turkey back on the smoker until the internal temperature reaches 162 degrees.
8. Pull from the smoker and rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

✅Ingredients
DOUGH:
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1½ teaspoons active or instant dry yeast
• 1¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
FILLING:
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 1/2 pound sliced Italian cold cuts or pepperoni
• 1-1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
TOPPING:
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• Parsley

1️⃣ 00:00:14 - In bowl of stand mixer whisk together water, sugar and yeast. Add in flour and salt and with dough hook mix on medium speed just until dough comes together.
2️⃣ 00:00:52 - Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
3️⃣ 00:01:00 - Preheat oven to 400. Turn dough out onto lightly floured piece of parchment paper and roll out into a large rectangle.
4️⃣ 00:01:39 - Spread your pizza sauce over dough until about 1 away from edges. Top with sliced cold cuts or pepperoni and then sprinkle with cheese.
5️⃣ 00:02:10 - Roll up cinnamon roll style and transfer parchment paper to a baking sheet. Brush with lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
6️⃣ 00:03:07 - Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve hot with extra pizza sauce if desired.

How To Cook ? Giada's Calzones Recipes
It is delicious, delectable, mouthwatering, tasty, delightful, gorgeous, lip smacking, yummy, wonderful in taste and aroma; never unappetizing, unappealing, or tasteless. Think of a scrumptious pie is very appetizing, pleasing to your taste; your sense of taste. Sec is another way to say medium dry, un-sweet.
MINI CALZONE | FULL RECIPE IN UNDER 30 SECONDS #Shorts
For those lazy days, this is a quick recipe if you don´t have much time but still want to enjoy something tasty.
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection).
2) Roll out the pizza dough together with the baking paper on a tray, cut in half lengthways and divide each half into 4 equal pieces.
3) Brush the pieces of dough lengthways with 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce each so that about 1 cm of the edge remains free on each side.
4) Top the side with cheese and turkey ham (optional).
4) Fold the empty dough half over the filled dough half and press down gently. Fold up the edges on the right and left as well, press them together and roll them up a little so that nothing can leak out.
5) Pierce the calzone three times with the tip of a knife so that the hot air can escape and bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
DONE!

- Pizza dough with tomato sauce
- low moisture mozzarella cheese
- turkey ham (optional...any ham goes)
