Special Cookies For Ramadhan ll Snow White Cookies ll Cashew Crescent Cookies
To celebrate Ramadhan today, we're going to make a special cookies, which some places call it with the different names such as; snow white cookies, Mexican wedding cookies, vanilla snowballs, Russian teacakes, Putri Salju, Fursecuri, etc. These cookies are so easy to make, simple ingredients, and became favorite cookies for many people. Here we were using cashews nuts, but feel free to use your favorite onw! You can subtitute with Almonds, walnuts,pecans, etc.
So let's gather the ingredients and let's rock our kitchen and make this special snow white cookies at home :)

- 375 gr salted butter (room temperature)
- 150 gr confectioner's sugar
- 450 gr cake flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 gr ground cashews
- Confectioner's sugar for coating

INGREDIENTS:
Unsalted butter - 100 g
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Maida - 200 g
Badam powder - 200 g

Almond Crescent Cookies

Resep:
Bahan-bahan:
150 g mentega/margarine
50 g KIS Gula Halus
50 g almond bubuk/slice
25 g keju parut
1 btr kuning telur
230 g terigu protein rendah
2 g baking powder
10 g maizena
10 g susu bubuk
Cara Membuat:
1. Blender jadi satu, almond bubuk, KIS Gula Halus, dan keju hingga halus, lalu tuang ke dalam bowl.
2. Masukkan mentega dan kuning telur, lalu mixer hingga lembut.
3. Ayak jadi satu, tepung terigu, baking powder, susu bubuk, dan maizena, lalu masukkan ke dalam adonan dan aduk rata.
3. Pipihkan adonan setebal 1 cm lalu cetak dengan cookie cutter bentuk bintang, atau bentuk dengan tangan membentuk bulan sabit, susun di atas loyang.
4. Oven pada suhu 150°C-160°C hingga matang, selama kurang lebih 20- 30 menit.
5. Setelah matang angkat dari oven, diamkan selama kurang lebih 1 menit, lalu langsung gulungkan ke dalam KIS Snow Sugar.
6. Setelah dingin sajikan atau susun dalam toples.

►16 Tbsp (1/2 lb) unsalted butter, softened
►½ cup (62 grams) powdered sugar, plus more for rolling cookies
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►2 cups (250 grams) all-purpose flour *measured correctly
►½ tsp salt (we used fine sea salt)
►1 cup (100 grams) almond finely ground meal or almond flour
►½ Tbsp orange zest from 1 medium orange

EASY Christmas Snowballs - Pecan Balls - So Easy, ANYONE Can Make These
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup (4 ounces/113 grams) butter, softened - I use unsalted
1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar for rolling
FULL RECIPE:
This is the easiest recipe for snowball cookies. No mixer... One bowl... Stupid easy. Anyone can make these holiday favorites.

25g grounded almond
25g grounded nuts
50g sugar
2 egg yolk
100g butter
2g backing powder
6g corn starch
dash of salt
1 tsp of vanilla
apricot jam (2~3 tbsp)
chopped hazelnuts (50~70g)
100g melted milky chocolate
50g melted dark chocolate
180°, 10 min
