How To make Streusel Apple Spice Cake
1/2 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
3/4 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/8 ts Salt
3/4 c Milk
1 1/2 c Chopped peeled tart apples
3/4 c Mini chips semi-sweet chocol
-ate Streusel topping: = (recipe follows) Semi-sweet chocolate glaze: =(optional/recipe follows) Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves and salt; add alternately with milk to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Gently fold in apples and small chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle StrEUSEL TOPPING over top. Bake 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Turn right side up. Drizzle SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE GLAZE over top, if desired. Allow glaze to set before cutting cake. 12 servings. StrEUSEL TOPPING: In small bowl, stir togther 1/3 cup all-purpose flour and 3 tablespoons sugar; cut in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine to form fine crumbs. SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small microwave-safe bowl, place 3 tablespoons HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS Semi-Sweet Chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon shortening. 3 Cups Cake Flour or follow video directions to make your own.....
2 Cups Sugar
1.5 tsp baking Powder
5 Eggs
3 Sticks Butter
1 cup Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer
1 tbl spoon of Vanilla extract
*********For the Apple Pie Filling*********
5 Apples, Peeled Cored and cut into pieces
2 tbl spoon unsalted butter
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of spices of choice. ( I used Cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg)
2 thicken filling use 2 tbl spoon of water and corn starch and add to mixture.

Apple Coffee Cake with Streusel
Apple Coffee Cake is the best breakfast or brunch recipe for fall – an Apple Cinnamon Cake with crumb streusel on top! This easy crumb coffee cake recipe is SO good.

INGREDIENTS
APPLES:
1 tablespoon Challenge Unsalted Butter (14g)
2 Granny Smith Apples (200g when cut, about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
CAKE:
¼ cup Challenge Unsalted Butter (57g), melted
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
½ cup (119ml) milk
1 ½ cups (186g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
STREUSEL:
¼ cup Challenge Unsalted Butter (57g), melted
1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons (16g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9- or 10-inch round cake pan or 10-inch round pie plate, or 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Peel, core, and slice apples into bite sized pieces.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the apple just starts to turn opaque, but is still white. Remove from heat to cool.
Whisk flower, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Stir ¼ cup melted butter with granulated sugar and egg in a large bowl. Stir in milk. Stir dry ingredients into wet and stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkled cooled apples evenly over the top of the cake batter.
Make the crumb topping: stir together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to a month.
