How to Make Filipino-style spaghetti, an interesting take on an Italian classic pasta dish. With browned red hot dogs and banana catsup in the sauce, the meaty sauce is it’s not your ordinary bolognese!

How to Make Filipino-style Spaghetti
✅Ingredients
1 pound uncooked spaghetti
1 tablespoon oil
4 Filipino-style hotdogs, sliced diagonally
1 onion, peeled and chopped
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 bell pepper, seeded, cored and chopped
1 pound ground beef
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup banana ketchup, preferably sweet and spicy
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup quick-melt cheese, shredded
✅Instructions
In a pot over medium heat, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to the package's direction for about 7 to 9 minutes or until firm to bite. Drain well.
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add sliced hot dogs and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the pan. Cook until softened.
Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally and breaking into small pieces until lightly browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, and beef broth. Stir in sugar.
Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer, covered, for about one hour or until meat is fully cooked and sauce is thickened. If the sauce is getting too thick, add water in 1/2 cup increments as needed.
During the last 10 minutes of cooking, add browned hot dogs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, spoon spaghetti sauce over noodles and top with shredded cheese.

►Bolognese sauce
2 tbsp. oil
800 grams of beef mince
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp. fresh garlic paste
1 carrot finely chopped
Half a celery stick finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped without skin
1 teaspoon salt
Half a teaspoon black-pepper
1.5 cup of beef stock
2 dried bay leaves
400 grams tomato passata
1 cup pasta water (after cooking the pasta)
►Pasta
500 grams spaghetti
1.5 litres of water
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. olive oil

MY FAMOUS SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE RECIPE
T = tablespoon
t = teaspoon
9 cups filtered water
2 T salt
3/4 lb. Thin Spaghetti
1.25 lb. ground beef
1 yellow onion
3 large garlic cloves
1 small green bell pepper
2 T onion powder
2 T garlic powder
1 T paprika
2 T all-purpose seasoning: BADIA COMPLETE SEASONING:
1 t Italian seasoning
Ground black pepper
1/4 cup water
2 t tomato paste
1 to 2 large beef bouillon cubes
3 T water
2 packs of sodium-free granulated beef bouillon
3 T filtered water
1 T unsalted butter
2 T ketchup
1 t yellow mustard
1/2 t red wine vinegar
4 large tomatoes or 6 Roma tomatoes (OR two 14.5 oz cans of tomatoes)
2 bay leaves: MORTON & BASSET BAY LEAVES:
2 to 3 T grated parmesan cheese
2 to 3 T sugar OR you may use 2 diced carrots instead.
Cilantro leaves to garnish and hot sauce (optional, but really tasty)

2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste

1000 ml tomato sauce (sweet style)*
*Note: you may also use plain tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, whichever makes you happy!
1 small can mushroom, include water
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
Grated processed cheese
Salt, black pepper, sugar, to taste

Spaghetti :-
Spaghetti (pasta) which is considered to be the main dish of Italians can be made according to different recipes and styles around the world. It is also popular among many countries too. Cheese is a main ingredient to make spaghetti. Spaghetti is a very long, cylindrical, thin food. It gained popularity during the middle of 20th century. It could be eaten with tomato sauce, vegetables or meat. It could be cooked by adding the amount of spaghetti you would prefer to a big pot with 2 cups of water, oil and salt and boil it, until it boils chop up your vegetables and meat, after the spaghetti is been boiled remove the excess amount of water. Spaghetti is generally cooked but firm to the bite in Italy but if you are using a thicker type of spaghetti it might take a few extra minutes to soften. Today we are going to be making a spicy spaghetti without cheese which will keep your jaw hanging. And I hope you will like this recipe, and make sure you try it.

-Spaghetti 300g
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless stripes 300g
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbs
-Oyster sauce 2 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs

Directions:
-In boiling water add spaghettis & mix well.
-Add salt, mix well & boil until tender (4-5 minutes).
-On a pot place a strainer, strain it & rinse with tap water. Add oil, mix well,strain & set.
-In a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder & mix well.
-Add chicken boneless stripes & mix well.
-Add baking soda & mix well. Cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In a wok add cooking oil, marinated chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame or until done & set aside.
-In a bowl add soy sauce, chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, mix well. Chowmein sauce is ready & set aside.
-In the same wok add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mix well & sauté for 2 minutes. Take out & set aside.
-In same wok add cooking oil, garlic & mix well.
-Add spring onion white, mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add boiled spaghettis & mix well for a minute.
-Add cooked chicken & mix well.
-Add prepared chowmein sauce, mix well & cook for 1 minute on high flame.
-Add stir fried vegetables & mix well.
-Add spring onion leaves, mix well & serve.
