Super Moist Triple Chocolate Cake | Simple Instant Cake and Pudding Mix Recipe
Hi Friends!
Who wants to learn how to make this amazing super moist delicious triple chocolate bundt cake? Since I'm using instant cake mix and pudding mix, it'll be really quick and easy to make. Also, it's my first baking video, so let me know how I did in the comment section! Thanks :)
→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→
INGREDIENTS:
Cake Mixture -
❀ 1 Box of Chocolate Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker - any brand will do)
❀ 1 Box of Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix (I used Jello Brand)
❀ 16 oz of Cream Cheese (softened)
❀ 3 Large Eggs
❀ 1/3 Vegetable Oil
❀ 3/4 Cup of Water
❀ 2 Cups of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Frosting -
❀ 1.5 Cups of Powdered Sugar
❀ 5 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
❀ 4 Tablespoons of Butter (softened)
❀ 4 - 5 Tablespoons of Heavy Whipping Cream (depends on how thick you want it)
❀ 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→
DIRECTIONS:
❀Preheat the Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
❀ In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the cake mixture until smooth (Cake Box Mix, Instant Pudding Mix, Sour Cream, Eggs, Vegetable Oil, Water, and Chocolate Chips)
❀ Butter/Grease up a Cake Pan (I used a Bundt Cake Pan)
❀ Pour Mixture in and Bake for 55-60 minutes (depends on what kind of pan you use too)
❀ While the Cake is Baking, make the Frosting
❀ In a Medium Bowl, mix together the Powdered Sugar and Cocoa Powder, and set it aside for later
❀ In a Large Bowl, beat the Butter until smooth, and slowly add in the Powdered mix and Heavy Whipping Cream. Add in the Vanilla Extract afterwards. Blend until the mixture is smooth. You can change the consistency by adding Milk/Powdered Sugar.
❀ Let the Cake cool for 10 minutes before taking it out of the pan to prevent it from sticking. After taking it out, let it cool for another 15 minutes.
❀ Add the Frosting to the slightly warm cake (to let the frosting run a little), and then decorate with the leftover Chocolate Chips (or anything you want).
❀ Enjoy the Cake ????

PRINTABLE RECIPE: ????️ ????️
BUTTERMILK SUBSTITUTE:
????????????????????????????????????
✅Ingredients
• butter and flour for coating and dusting the cake pan
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 cups granulated sugar
• 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon baking soda
• 1½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1½ teaspoons salt
• 4 large eggs
• 1½ cups buttermilk
• 1½ cups warm water
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:17 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter three 9-inch cake rounds. Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
2️⃣ 00:01:19 - Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined.
3️⃣ 00:01:44 - Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ 00:02:31 - Divide batter among the three pans. I found that it took just over 3 cups of the batter to divide it evenly.
5️⃣ 00:02:47 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6️⃣ 00:03:06 - Cool on wire racks for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
7️⃣ Frost with your favorite frosting and enjoy!
Notes
The better quality cocoa powder you use the better the cake will taste.
00:03:30 - CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
✅Ingredients
• 1½ cups butter, softened
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 7-8 cups powdered sugar
• about ¼ cup milk (as needed)
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:03:38 - In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results
2️⃣ 00:03:57 - Add in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
3️⃣ 00:04:23 - Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add milk as necessary to make a spreadable consistency. The frosting should be very thick and will thicken even more if refrigerated.
Notes
In the photos above, an extra dark cocoa powder was used in the frosting. Extra dark cocoa will result in a much darker, almost black frosting.

Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake
Cake
1 box butter recipe fudge cake mix or devil’s food cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding
1 ¼ cups water
½ cup oil
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon Euna Mae’s© Vanilla
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or a mix of milk chocolate/semi-sweet
Combine the first 6 ingredients for the cake. Beat at medium for 2 minutes. Stir in the two cups of chocolate chips. Pour into a prepared bundt pan. Drop Bundt pan on the counter to even out the mixture before putting it in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Start checking for doneness at 40 minutes. Cool completely in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a pan.
Macerated Raspberries
6 oz. container fresh raspberries
A teaspoon or so of sugar
A splash of water
Combine berries, sugar, and water in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Set aside to allow to macerate. Stir occasionally.
Ganache
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
½ tsp Euna Mae’s© Vanilla
Heat heavy cream over medium heat. Don’t allow it to come to a boil. Remove from heat and pour in chips. Allow chips to sit in warm cream for a few minutes to melt; then stir to combine. Stir in a little vanilla. Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes or so to thicken. While cake is hot, drizzle ganache over cake then let cool at room temperature for about ½ an hour. Slice and serve with macerated raspberries, a dollop of whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
Homemade Sweetened Whipped Cream
1 cup cold heavy cream
1/2 tsp Euna Mae’s® Vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
In the chilled bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a chilled whisk attachment (or in a chilled mixing bowl using a hand mixer), beat the cream on medium-high for 1 minute. With the mixer on low, add the powdered sugar and the vanilla then return to medium-high speed, beating until the cream thickens and soft peaks form. You may serve immediately beside a slice of pumpkin pie. You may spread it across the top of a chocolate pie. Or you may store it uncovered in the refrigerator. If the whipped cream separates in the refrigerator, you may re-beat to combine. Yes, I said re-beat. I don't know what else to call it.
*Bundt tips: let cake cool an additional 10 minutes, before removing from the pan {more than 10 minutes it will re-stick to the pan, less than 10 minutes it hasn’t unstuck}. Separate the seal around the edge carefully. Before it comes out, center Bundt pan on your serving plate.
