Ingredients for 6 jumbo muffins or 12 regular ones:
75 g butter
75 g vegetable oil
220 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
250 ml buttermilk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
330 g all-purpose flour
50 g pure cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 large pinch of salt

125 g dark chocolate chips
125 g milk chocolate chips
125 g white chocolate chips

Easy Triple Chocolate Muffins

All purpose flour - 1½cup (200g)
Cocoa powder - ⅓cup (35g)
Baking powder - 1tsp (4g)
Baking soda - ½tsp (3g)
Salt - ½tsp
Sugar - ¾cup (150g)
Egg - 2
Milk - ¾cup (180ml)
Melted Butter or oil - ⅓cup (80ml)
Chocolate chips - ½cup(80g) + 30g for toppings

Bake in preheated oven (170°C) for 18 - 20 mins
