1/2 c Oil
1 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Molasses
1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 c Flour
3/4 c Oat bran flakes
2 ts Baking powder
1 t Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Dates
chopped
1 c Walnuts :
chopped
Beat together first 5 ingredients until blended. Mix together the remaining ingredients and add all at once. Beat until blended. Do not overbeat. Divide batter between 5 greased mini-loaf pans (6x3x2-inches) and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes, or until a cake tester, inserted in
center, comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, and then remove from pans and continue cooling on a rack. Yields: 5 mini-loaves. Note: Oat bran can be purchased in most supermarkets or health food stores. It comes as "milled" or "stone-ground". The milled is finer in texture and the stone-ground will produce a slightly coarser crumb, which adds a little character to this country-style loaf. Making bread can be easy! Try Quick Oat Bread and top with your favorite sandwich ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Quaker® oats, divided
1 ⅓ cups whole‐wheat flour
1 cup all‐purpose flour
2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
8 ounces Greek yogurt
1 large egg
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup honey
¾ cup low‐fat milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9‐by‐5‐inch (or similar size) loaf pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon oats in the pan. Coat the sides and bottom with oats. Thoroughly stir together whole‐wheat flour, all‐purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Using a fork, beat the remaining 1 cup oats, yogurt, egg, oil and honey in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in milk. Gently stir the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture just until thoroughly incorporated but not overmixed. Immediately scrape the batter into the pan, spreading evenly to the edges. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon oats over the top. Bake the loaf until well browned on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let stand in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Run a table knife around and under the loaf to loosen it and turn it out onto the rack. Let cool until barely warm, about 45 minutes.

Ingredients
475 g cold water
225 g flour
125 g oats
100 g finely ground whole wheat flour
75 g finely ground rye
7 g salt
3 g dry yeast
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix with a wooden spoon or just use your hands.
Cover with cling film or a kitchen towel.
Let the dough raise on the kitchen counter overnight.
Treat the dough with care to prevent the air from leaking of it.
Use a dough scraper to transfer the dough into a greased baking tin.
Wet your fingers and distribute the dough evenly in the tin.
Let it proof for 60 minutes.
Place a baking tray in the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven to 200 C / 392 F.
Put the bread on an oven grid in the middle of the oven and add a glass of water to the preheated tray (this is optional but will give a better crust).
Bake for 60 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and let it rest on a oven grid for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour.
Slice it up and enjoy :)

Multigrain Bread High in fiber and Nutritious Bread. This Healthy Bread multigrain is easy to make at home.
Ingredients :
225 g all-purpose flour
150 g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of honey
1 packet + ½ tsp of dry yeast
5 g of salt
450-500 g of lukewarm water
50 g of buckwheat
20 g of oat
10 g of oat bran
10 g of wheat bran
10 g wheat germ
40 g of flaxseeds
30 g sesame
30 g of pumpkin seeds
10 g of millet
Instructions:
1/ Pour yeast in lukewarm water, add 1 tsp of honey, and cover with a wrapped plastic
2/ Take 1 tbsp of sesame, 1 tbsp of flaxseed and, millet toast them lightly then ground them.
3/ In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the oil, add slowly the water and knead for 10 minutes. Add the oil mix well. As you can see the dough is sticky because it’s hydrated so don’t worry about that.
4/ Cover the dough and let it rise for 2hours or until the volume double
5/ Transfer the dough to cake mold or in a pan without gas cover it and let it rise again for 1 hour
6/ Preheat the oven to 180°C (370°F)
7/ Bake the bread for 30 to 40 minutes.
N.B: you slice the bread cover each slice with wrapped plastic film, freeze it. and it is ready to toast

Ingredients:
500 g whole wheat flour
1 ripe banana
5 tablespoons regular oats
3 tablespoons wheat bran
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1,5 cup ayran or kefir
Oregano
Basil
Mint
Sesame
Oat Bran (Dukan) bread.
1/2 cup oat bran.....put in a blender and pulse until you have a flour consistency.
10 packets Splenda
1tbs cinnamon
2 tbs baking powder
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla
1 cup fat free half and half or cream or milk...fat free.
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs in a seperate bowl and add the half and half and vanilla. Mix well. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients to make a batter.
Using coking spray, grease your pan....you can use muffin pan, cake pan, or bread pan... Pour your batter in your pan and bake in a pre heated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 min. Enjoy.
