How To make Ham and Veggie Noodle Casserole
1 lb cooked ham, diced
2 c frozen Mixed Veggies, cooked
- and drained * 1 cn Cream of Mushroom soup **
* Or use your own steamed fresh veggies. Much better! ** I like the Campbell's 98%FF version so I think I'll use it from now-on.
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 until done. I always made a double batch and it freezes very well. Freeze in portion-sized cubes, then you just have to grab a block out of the freezer on your way to work.

Creamy Vegetable Casserole Recipe
An easy and delicious cheese vegetable casserole that everyone will love!
1 cauliflower
1 pepper
3 carrots
1 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cream mixture:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian parsley (optional)
Bake the vegetables mixed with the cream mixture for 15 more minutes or until golden on top.

Hey guys it's Friday that means it's time for another cool and fun recipe. Today I am going to throw down with some more comfort food. It is cold out so making these casseroles hits just right. This time I am making a Cream Ham Casserole! This is an amazing little dinner that everyone is going to love! You can add whatever you want into this dinner to personalize it too, won't some onions, peas, maybe some bell pepper, or heck spice it up some jalapeño. Total Time: 1 Hour
Makes: 8 servings
4 Cups Egg Noodles
2 Cups Broccoli (I used Frozen)
1 Cup Carrot Chopped
1 Cup Milk
1 (10oz.) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups, Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
6 oz. Onion & Chive Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Cups Ham, Chopped
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
