How To make 1981 Winning Recipe Chili
2 1/2 pounds Beef brisket
1" cubes
1 pound Lean pork :
ground
Large onion chopped fine 2 tablespoons Wesson oil
Garlic cloves :
minced 2 tablespoons Diced green chilies
8 ounces Tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste Beef bouillon cube 12 ounces Budweiser beer
1 1/4 cups Water
6 tablespoons Chili powder
2 1/2 tablespoons Ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon Brown sugar
Oregano -- pinch
In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the Beef, Pork and Onions in hot Wesson Oil. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and Chili is thick and bubbly. Stir occasionally.

Hirvya mirchichi bhaji is an easy and testy recipe. This is pungent and a side dish. You can have it like pickle or chutney. You will get lot many tips to make this bhaji perfect. It won’t be too pungent yet testy. You can have it with chapatti too. If you are bored of having the same sabzis or you have had lot many sweet dishes then this will be perfect change for you. This is a real quick and a little different recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Besan
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
• 1/2 tsp Hing
• Chopped Green chilies
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add besan.
• Roast besan really good on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
• When nice aroma begins to release from besan add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red
chili powder and mix well.
• Turn off the gas and keep the mixture aside.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add fennel seeds, hing and mix well.
• Add green chilies and mix well.
• Avoid using dark green chilies as they are pungent. Use parrot green chilies which are
comparatively less pungent.
• Fry it for a few seconds.
• When chilies begin to get light spotting, it means they are about to get cook. Avoid
overcooking chilies.
• Add roasted besan, salt and mix well.
• Cover and cook on low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
• If you feel the mixture is too dry add just 1-2 tsp water and mix well.
• But try to avoid use of water. Moisture in chilies in enough.
• Add sugar and mix well.
• Adding sugar is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• Hirvya mirchichi bhaji is all ready.
• You can have it as side dish like chutney, koshimbir.
• If you use least pungent chili then you can have it with chapatti like sabzi.
• You can store it in freeze for about 4-5 days.
