Almond & Orange Cookies | Made with Almond flour | Greek Almond Cookies
using almond flour to make these lightly flavored orange cookies!

recipe:
in a bowl add
3 cups almond flour - I am using ready made almond flour. You can find this in the in the baking section at the grocery stores
1 tablespoon orange zest
3/4 cup granulated sugar
mix using a fork
lightly whisk 3 egg whites
add to the bowl
mix dough until it comes all together
prepare a baking tray with parchment paper
in a plate add 1 cup sliced almonds - crush almonds very lightly with your fingers
scoop out 1 + 1/2 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball
roll and press the dough ball on sliced almonds
put the dough balls with almonds pressed on the baking sheets and flatten with the back of a spoon
bake at 350°F for 10 to 13 minutes
or until light golden brown
once out of the oven leave the cookies in the tray for 10 minutes to cool down

3 Ingredient Almond Honey Cookies
3 Ingredient healthy almond and honey cookies ???? You can totally replace the honey with any sweetener of choice. These are the best cookies in the world and so incredibly easy. If you have three simple ingredients at home, you can absolutely make these. I love topping them off with a little more honey and some crushed almonds. Please feel free to add anything you wish to these cookies, the options are endless. You will need:

1 cup mashed banana ( 2 bananas )
2 tablespoons honey ( or any )
2.5 cups almond flour (blanched)

Please note: I have not tried making these with coconut flour but it should totally work. Please add a little at a time and look at the consistency :) Baking time will vary based on your oven so always keep an eye on them. Mine took 25 minutes. Let them cool before you dig in.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 F. Mash the bananas and add the honey. Give it a stir, and add in your almond flour. Stir it well until you have a nice cookie-like batter. Ingredients
* 1 1/3 cup (120g) almond flour (‼️NOT PACKED‼️)
* 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
* 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil, melted
* Pinch of salt
NOTE:
1. Please, use the Digital kitchen scale fo the best results!
2. Instead of maple syrup take 2 tbsp sugar/low-carb sugar and 1 tbsp water.
3. Instead of coconut oil take Ghee or yellow part of melted butter. Vegetable oil don't work in this recipe.
4. Don't let the dough chill too long. Coconut oil will solid at room temperature and the dough will be crumbly and will not come together.
5. Don't pack down almond flour!
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients, stirring to combine (be sure to break up any lumps in the flour and/or sugar).
3. Shape dough into about 16 balls. Space balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten halfway (e.g., with a fork, cookie stamp, the flat bottom of a measuring cup, or fingertips)
4. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers no longer look wet. The cookies will still seem somewhat soft, but that is due to the high amount of fat (almond flour + coconut oil). They will become firm once completely cooled.
5. Remove from oven and cool on sheet for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.
Storage: The cookies are best stored in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for up to 2 weeks (or the freezer for up to 6 months).
