You've had BBQ, you've had lasagna, what happens when you combine the two? Nothing but barbecue deliciousness! This recipe is truly one of my favorite things that I have ever made on my smoker. The flavors of the leftover brisket and the sweetness from the sauce really join together to make one fantastic fork full of food. This is not the Italian food lasagna that Nona used to make. No way. As good as that may be, this is something totally different and new. BBQ lasagna will have your guests begging for more.

It is time for a Meal Prep for No Spend Week video! I made lots and lots of gluten free lasagna! I even made some regular lasagna for some of my friends! You want to be friends with me, trust me! I love to cook! We had sooo much spaghetti sauce to use up. Freezer meals are a perfect way to use up ingredients. My friend just finished her chemo for a brain tumor and it was safe to go for a visit with her. I brought 2 lasagnas over and she LOVED it!

NOTE; Allow the sauce to cook @ medium heat for 1 hour no more than 1 hour 30 mins until simmer
Bake for 30 mins covered
then 20 mins uncovered...…..then allow to cool and serve ,,,,,ENJOY
