How To make Apple Phyllo Rolls
Butter flavored vegetable -cooking spray 2 c Apple -- diced
12 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1 1/2 ts Brown sugar
9 Sheets commercial frozen
-phyllo pastry
thawed 3 tb Powdered sugar :
sifted
1 t Vanilla extract
1/2 ts -- water
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add diced apple; saute 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar; str well, and cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool. Coat a flat surface with cooking spray; place 1 sheet of phyllo on surface (keep remaining phyllo covered). Coat phyllo with butter-flavored cooking spray. Layer 2 more sheets phyllo on first sheet, coating each with
cooking spray. CUT Vertically into 5 equal strips; cut strips in half to make 10 pieces. Repeat process with remaining phyllo sheets, spraying each sheet with cooking spray. Spoon 1 1/2 tsp apple mixture at base of each strip; roll up, jelly roll fashion. Place, seam side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. BAKE at 375 deg for 30 to 35 minutes or until golen. Remove to wire rack to cool slightly. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Drizzle 1 1/2 ts glaze over each roll. Serve warm. Apple pie with phyllo pastry
Ingredients:
Phyllo pastry sheets #7 ( 6 phyllo pastry sheets )
6 medium Honey crisp apples ( grated)
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup sugar ( granulated)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Sugar syrup:
Juice from apples plus 375 ml water
1/2 cup of sugar (granulated)
Boil on the medium heat for 15 minutes and remove to cool . Syrup made total measurements after boiled 260 ml .
Follow my video for technique how to make apple pie . Baking dish size 9x9 inches.
Bake at 400 for 34 minutes , let it cool about 4 minutes and pour the nice warm syrup over the apple pie. Delicious, one of my favorite Apple pies from my childhood.❤️

ingredients :
1 apple
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
250g of rectangular puff pastry
1/4 cup of walnuts (30g)
some raisins (about 15g)
4 tbsp of any jam you like ( I used apricot jam)
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of milk
