1 Granny Smith apple :
peeled and chopped
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Tear French bread into 1-inch pieces. Cover the bottom of an ungreased quiche dish with bread pieces. Add the sliced sausage and apple. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together and pour over the bread mixture. Bake at 350

This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add olive oil to large skillet. Sautee onions and sausage until hot, approx. 2-3 minutes. Drain excess liquid from shredded apples, add to pan and mix. Set aside to cool.
3. Whisk eggs, cream, salt pepper and nutmeg together. Line pan with pie crust. Add cooled sausage, onion and apple mixture. Add egg mixture and top with cheese.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley.

- 2 links Sabatino Organic Chicken Apple sausage sliced into ¼ inch pieces
- 9 inch pie crust and pie pan
- 2 tbs olive oil
- ¼ cup diced yellow onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup heavy cream (may substitute light cream)
- 8 oz shredded gouda cheese
- ½ cup peeled and shredded honey crisp apple
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to garnish
How to make sausage quiche
Learn how to make a cheesy sausage quiche -
Sausage Quiche
1 lbs Regular Jimmy Dean Sausage
10 Eggs
½ cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
2 cups Cottage Cheese
2 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ cup melted Butter
2-3 Tbsp. Chives (optional)
1-Make sure you have all your ingredients and clean your work area.
2-Turn your oven on to 350 degrees.
3-Cook the sausage thoroughly. Make sure you wash your hands before and after touching raw meat.
4-Strain the sausage of all the fat. I like to run hot water over it so it rinses all the fat.
5-Crack the eggs and whisk them until smooth.
6-Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until smooth.
7-Add the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, cooled melted butter, chives, and sausage.
8-Spray a 9x13” Pyrex Pan and pour the mix into the pan.
9-Bake the Quiche for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown on top.
10-Clean up mess.
11-Eat, Share, Enjoy!!!
