For the filling:
200ml of Milk 6 eggs 4-6 rashes of unsmoked bacon 6 links of sausage 2 oz or 60g of Mature Cheese (or your favourite hard cheese) Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Place in preheated oven on 190c or 170c if fan assisted - thats 374f / gas mark 5 for around 30 - 40 minutes.
