How To make BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS III
Ingredients

pound
chicken wings
1
salad oil
1
tablespoon
tabasco sauce
1/4
cup
melted butter 1 x celery sticks
1
carrot sticks
1
blue cheese dressing
Directions:
Cut tips off wings and cut wing in half at the joint. In a 4 quart
saucepan, heat 2 inches of salad oil to 375oF. Lower wings into oil. Fry
chicken wings for 15 minutes or until very tender. Drain on paper towel.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together Tabasco Sauce and butter until
well blended. Add the chicken wings and toss gently to coat well. Serve
with blue cheese dressing, chilled celery sticks and chilled carrot sticks.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
These aren't your traditional buffalo wings, but they're damn good. Better, if I'm being honest.
Ingredients
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups pickle juice
6 chicken drums
2/3 cup hot sauce
1 stick butter
1.5 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch garlic powder
pinch salt
2 cups potato starch
garlic powder
chili powder
onion powder
black truffle salt
pepper
1. Marinate chicken 30 minutes in buttermilk and pickle juice.
2. In pan over medium heat add hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. For dredge, combine potato starch, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, truffle salt, and pepper.
4. Dredge wings and shake off excess starch.
5. Fry 8 minutes at 325, then a few minutes more at 375 until golden brown.
6. Coat wings in sauce and dip in whatever you'd like. They are insane.

Buffalo Sauce -
100g (3.5oz) - Unsalted Butter
2 Bottles (300ml) - Frank's Hot Sauce
2 - Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 Tbsp (20g) - Honey
Blue Cheese Dip -
4 Tbsp (110g) - Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp (60g) - Sour Cream
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Buttermilk
1 - Garlic Clove, Minced
1/4 tsp (0.5g) - Yellow Mustard Powder
50g (1.7oz) - Blue Cheese, Grated or Crumbled
Seasoning To Taste
Serving -
Carrots, Cut Into Batons
Celery, Cut Into Batons
