Looking for a quick and easy lasagna recipe to prep that has a little kick? This lasagna is super easy to prepare if you have some precooked chicken and the noodles cook while in the lasagna is baking in the oven!
Note: I forgot to add in the 1 1/2 cups of water when I made this video.

Ingredients:
8 oz of shredded carrots
3 celery sticks (diced)
1/2 cup of yellow onion (diced)
2 cups of freshly grated Mozzarella cheese
4 chicken breasts (shredded)
Lasagna noodles
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 egg
32 oz of Ricotta cheese
1 to 2 cups of Buffalo sauce
Parsley for garnish

INGREDIENTS:
For the Buffalo Chicken
1 cup Frank’s hot sauce
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ rotisserie chickens, deboned and chopped
For the Dip
2 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) block white cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
8 ounces blue cheese, divided
4 ounces whole milk mozzarella, shredded
Kosher salt and black pepper
For Assembly
1 small yellow onion, diced
Sliced kosher dill pickles
1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 celery ribs, sliced
10 flour tortillas, warmed
COOKING METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add cream cheese and half of the blue cheese. Whip together at low speed to combine, then increase the speed and whip for 2 minutes to aerate it.
3. Layer the whipped blue cheese in the bottom of the casserole dish, top with ⅓ of the chicken, then the shredded cheddar and mozzarella, and repeat until everything has been used. Top with remaining blue cheese and mozzarella.
4. Remove the dip from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Spoon the warm dip into the tortilla and top with salsa.
How to make Buffalo Chicken Lasagna/Easy Step by Step
A Different Yummy Version of Lasagna but with a Twist!! Spicy I say! Ohhh Soooo Yummyyy
Buffalo Chicken Lasagna
1lb of pulled chicken from a rotisserie chicken
12oz of wing sauce ( my favorite recipe is 4oz teriyaki sauce, 4oz Sriracha, 4oz BBQ, 2 tbl spoons garlic powder )
Marinade chicken in Buffalo wing sauce ( bottled, not Mine) for 1 day if possible
15oz of Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
6 strips bacon, cooked well
I package Shredded mozarella cheese
Pre-heat oven to 400°
Mix the ricotta and blue cheeses
Put 1 layer of ready to cook lasagna noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/2 of the chicken n bacon, then 1/2 of the mozarella, repeat.
Cook for 35 minutes
Let cool for 5 min. Eat
Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Lasagna
12 oz lasagna noodles, cooked to al dente
3 1/2 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
1 pkg ranch seasoning
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup buffalo sauce, or hot sauce
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1.) In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, milk, & 1 1/2 cups of each cheese. Mix together, just until evenly combined.
2.) Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture evenly out over the bottom of the pan.
3.) Cover with a layer of pasta, overlapping the noodles as necessary to create a smooth, solid layer.
4.) Spread another 1/4 of the cheese mixture evenly out over the pasta. Top with half the chicken. Repeat with another layer of pasta, cheese mixture, and chicken. Top with the remaining noodles. Spread the rest of the cheese mixture evenly out over top.
5.) Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly out over top. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
6.) Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove the foil. Bake an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is hot & bubbly.
7.) Remove the lasagna from the oven. Let rest for 8-10 minutes. Slice and serve, topped with a drizzle of ranch, sliced green onions, and blue cheese crumbles- as desired.
