How To make Buffalo Chicken Rolls
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
melted
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
5 tablespoons blue cheese :
crumbled
romaine lettuce celery stalks
Pound the chicken breasts down to a 1/4" thickness.
In a large glass bowl, make the marinade by mixing together the butter and hot pepper sauce. Add the chicken into the marinade, turning to coat; cover and refrigerate 15 - 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400?.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and spoon 1 tablespoon of the blue cheese onto the center of each chicken breast. Fold in the sides, rolling the chicken around the blue cheese. Secure with wooden picks.
Place the chicken rolls in a baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
Set the temperature control at broil or 450?. Arrange the oven rack so the chicken is about 8 inches from the heat. Broil the chicken for about 5 minutes or until brown.
Remove the wooden picks from the chicken. Arrange lettuce and chicken on platter. Garnish with celery and remaining blue cheese.

Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls
Perfect for a game day appetizer or meal, these Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls have crisp outer shells that are filled with chicken, hot sauce, blue cheese, and slaw.
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, for frying (or other neutral high temperature oil)
1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce)
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup broccoli slaw (dry)
6 egg roll wrappers
Blue cheese dressing, for serving

Buffalo Chicken Roll Recipe
This recipe for my Buffalo Chicken roll is absolutely amazing. It's currently taken the best parts for my chicken rolls and my Buffalo chicken dip ( which are great recipes each on their own, and then adding them together to make an even better recipe. As my husband said after I made this, This is just awesome. And I made this in honor of a friend of mine on YouTube - Ammohead73. This recipe for my Buffalo chicken roll you will find is very easy to make and it's a lot of fun to eat afterwards. There isn't a whole lot to clean up and it doesn't require whole lot of ingredients set makes is a very easy to do recipe - just don't go telling that to the people you're making it for because they're gonna say it's awesome - let them think that you worked really hard to make this wonderful dish!
This will make one loaf or roll and will serve quite a few adults. But don't be surprised watch is Buffalo chicken roll disappear really fast. I just made it and it's already gone! The kids and husband to curb it rather quickly.
