Bacon Cheese Dip | Pour Choices Kitchen
Had to take a week off because food is just getting waaaaay to expensive. Even when I try to take the cheap route for a video, it still ends up killing the bank account. But fret not, under normal circumstances, this recipe is as easy as it it. It's ingredients simple: cheese, mayo, bacon, jalepenos and some seasonings. Grocery list:
8oz Pepper jack cheese
8oz Sharp cheddar
8oz Cream cheese
1/3 cup Mayo
3-4oz Diced green chilies
1 cup Diced jalepnos
2 tsp Mexican seasoning blend of your choice
Extra shredded cheese for the topping and sliced jalapeños

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
6 oz. medium cheddar, shredded (about 1.5 cups)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the butter and flour to a small sauce pot. Heat and whisk the butter and flour together until they become bubbly and foamy. Continue to cook and whisk the bubbly mixture for about 60 seconds.
2. Whisk the milk into the flour and butter mixture. Turn the heat up slightly and allow the milk to come to a simmer while whisking. When it reaches a simmer, the mixture will thicken. Once it's thick enough to coat a spoon, turn off the heat.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar, one handful at a time, until melted into the sauce. If needed, place the pot over a low flame to help the cheese melt. Do not over heat the cheese sauce.
4. Once all the cheese is melted into the sauce, stir in the salt and chili powder. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If the sauce becomes too thick, simply whisk in an additional splash of milk.

BACON CHEESE BALL - Dip Recipe - Greg's Kitchen
G'day guys, Greg here.
Today l show you how to make an easy ball dip, it was quite big and you could probably get away with using half the amounts l used.
What l used was:
1 cup diced bacon
1 cup grated cheese
2 packs cream cheese (500g / 16 oz)
2 spring onions / scallions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
This makes a big ball or you could make 2 balls using these amounts, halving the recipe would be fine!

Sweet and Spicy Bacon Cheese Dip | Easy Cheese Dip Recipe | Heath Riles BBQ
My Sweet and Spicy Bacon Cheese Dip will be the star of any game day! This creamy dip is perfectly seasoned with my stellar BBQ Beef Rub and topped with crisp bacon. This is an excellent recipe for those days when you’re low on time. It comes together in under an hour, and doesn’t require a lot of fuss. Bacon is one of those ingredients that everyone goes crazy for. The bacon stays nice and crisp with my foolproof cooking method, just the way I like it. Add some veggies or crackers, and you have an appetizer fit for a king.

WHAT HEATH USED IN THIS RECIPE:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Traeger Ironwood 885
• Traeger Hickory Pellets
• Lodge 8 Cast Iron Skillet
• Virginia Chutney Hot Peach Chutney
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 8oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 8 Ritz crackers, crushed
• 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped up
• 1/2 cup of Hot Peach pepper jelly or chutney
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your Traeger grill temperature up to approximately 350º using Hickory pellets, or grill / pellets of your choice.
2. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub in a bowl.
3. Spread your mixture evenly in an oiled cast iron skillet. Add more Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub on top.
4. Mix chopped bacon and crushed crackers together and spread on top of your mixture in the cast iron skillet.
5. Place your cast iron skillet on the grill at 350º.
6. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
7. Towards the end of baking, heat 1/2 cup of Hot Peach pepper jelly to melt.
8. As soon as the dip comes off the grill, spread the melted pepper jelly evenly over the top.
9. Serve with crackers or chips of your choice.
10. Enjoy!
