USE ANY OF THESE...
Brats
Beer brats
Bratwurst
SERVE WITH...
French bread rolls / hoagie rolls
Ketchup
Mustard
Relish
Peppers and onions
Sauerkraut
Sprinkle of cilantro
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Position the oven rack to the center of the oven. Poke the holes with a fork around the brats so the steam can escape the casing as they cook.
Cover a rimmed baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper (or use a casserole dish). Place the bratwurst at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
Bake brats in oven for 10 minutes, then flip and bake bratwurst for another 5-10 minutes, until done to your desired level of crispness. (The bratwurst in the Sip Bite Go video took about 15 minutes. Your recipe cooking time probably won’t take over 20 minutes.)
What temperature do you cook bratwurst to?
They are officially done when an internal meat thermometer measures at least 160°F.
Rest. Allow oven cooked brats to cool 5-10 minutes, or until they’re cool enough to eat.

Stainless Steel VS. Cast Iron: Which Should You Buy?
Stainless steel and cast iron are two of the most popular materials when it comes to cookware, but each has its own strengths and weaknesses. To help you decide which pan is right for your cooking needs, we enlisted the help of Anthony Vitolo, the executive chef at Emilio’s Ballato in New York City, and Connie Chen, a home and kitchen reporter at Insider Reviews. Anthony and Connie break down how each skillet fares in five categories; heat distribution, ease of use, searing meats, versatility, and cleaning.

✅Instructions
00:00:17 - How to choose a pork chop cut
1️⃣ 00:01:10 - Heat an outdoor grill to high heat, about 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
2️⃣ 00:01:15 - Prepare your chops by rubbing both sides with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:01:27 - In a small bowl, stir together paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture on each side of the pork chops and rub it in.
4️⃣ 00:01:51 - Grill the chop by searing each side for 2 minutes over the high heat. Remove the chops to an upper rack or to a spot with indirect heat to finish cooking.
5️⃣ 00:02:04 - Reduce the burners to medium, close the lid, and cook for about another 15 minutes more. Actual cooking time will depend on the heat of your grill and the thickness of your pork chop. Pork needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
6️⃣ 00:02:39 - Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Nesco 4 Qt Roaster Oven Review + Roasted Vegetables And Chicken
Let's check out this Nesco 4 Quart Roaster Oven that I purchased at a local thrift shop. It appears to be from some time around 1991. Let's see how many watts it uses. Let's cook some chicken thighs and roasted veggies.
These small appliances only use 600 watts and are great for cooking in small spaces. They are great for RV cooking, van cooking, car cooking, dorm cooking, hotel room cooking, office cooking, etc. They are small, portable, and light weight so they are easy to travel with. They are also excellent prepping gear. Since they only use 600 watts and cook very fast, they can be easily run off of a generator or solar power station.
