New Orleans Stuffed Crabs
New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make stuffed crabs. The crab shell and parts are cleaned, and the other parts of the shell and claws are used to make a crab stock. The crab meat that is pulled from the shells and claws is also used to make a crab dressing which is stuffed into cleaned whole crab shells and baked. This recipe makes 8 stuffed crabs. It's a labor of love, flavorful and absolutely delicious. Hope you all will give this recipe a try.
