2 1/2 c All purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Natural apple sauce
1 c Granulated sugar
3 Egg whites
4 Very large ripe bananas;
-peeled & mashed (2 c) 1 ts Vanila
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray an 8x4x3" loaf pan with non-stick
cooking spray. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. In a alarge mixing bowl, whisk together apple sauce, sugar, egg whites,
banana and vanilla. Add flour mixture all at once and stir gently to blend. 4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until
knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool bread completely before slicing. Note: Loaf can be wrapped tightly and stored for up to one week or frozen for up to 2 months. Vegetable oil - 1/3 cup
Milk - 3 tbsp

This is one of the easiest and quickest baking recipes Priyan knows, using leftover overripe bananas. The original recipe which calls for 1 egg is normally replaced with flaxseed or Vegan Egg Replacer, but bananas themselves are already doing a good enough job binding the mixture together!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 2-3 large ripe bananas, smashed
- 1/3 cup coconut oil or shortening
- 1/2 sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1 cup of dried fruit and/or nuts
Apple Sauce
- 2 Large Apples, sliced and cored
- 1 Lemon
- Mint Leaves (Optional, or use 1/4 tsp cinnamon)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup of water
Method : Banana Bread
- Mix all the banana bread ingredients together and bake it at 175C / 350F for 30 minutes in an air frier or 60 minutes in the oven or until dark brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and eating!
Method: Apple Sauce
- Boil the apples in the sugar, lemon juice and water for 10-15 minutes until apples soften
- Blend mixture with mint leaves or cinnamon and cool down
