Barbeque Chicken Recipe, bbq chicken grill , how to make barbecue chicken recipe , we prepared this bbq chicken at mid-night with family celebrating my 10 th yr marriage anniversary
Ingredients :
Chicken - 1.75 Kg
Chilly Powder - 3 To 4 Tsp ( as per taste )
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 2 Tsp
Jeera Powder - 2 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Gram Flour / Besan - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 3 Tsp ( as per taste )
Curd - 1 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp ( Optional )
Coriander Leaves - Handful
Kasturi Methi - 2 Tsp
Oil

GRILLED CHICKEN | HEALTHY GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE | GRILL CHICKEN RECIPE
Grilled Chicken | Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grill Chicken Recipe | How To Make Grilled Chicken | Grilled Chicken Breast | Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken | Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grill Chicken
Ingredients for Grilled Chicken
(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )
- Chicken breast fillets - 4 (around 450 gms or 1 lb)
Marinade:
- Olive Oil - 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice- 3 tsp
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Crushed pepper- 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar- 1.5 tbsp
- Dark Soy sauce- 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic-5 cloves (around 1 tsp)
- Finely chopped coriander/cilantro leaves -2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Take 4 chicken breast and fillet them into 1/2 inch thickness.
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves and fine chop the coriander/cilantro leaves.
- Add all the items for the marinade in a bowl and mix/whisk it to combine well.
- Add the marinade and spread it on the fillets uniformly. Cover & set aside for 30 mins.
Process:
- Preheat a grill pan and brush it with 1 tbsp olive oil to grease it.
- Now place the marinated chicken fillets side by side and grill it on Medium high heat. Add the balance marinade on the fillets and continue to grill it for 3-4 mins on Medium high heat.
- Flip the fillets and continue on the other side for 3-4 mins.
- Baste the pieces with the oil on the grill pan.
- Now lower heat to medium low and continue to grill on both sides for 3-4 mins on each side.
- Remove and serve hot with salad or sautéed vegetables on the side.

TURBO CHICKEN - Marinated Turbo Chicken Easy Recipe

***INGREDIENTS***
1 cup Soy sauce
1 Small bundle Lemongrass
1 Whole Garlic
1 Small bundle non leaks
1 Cup Calamansi Juice
2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 unsalted butter
***INSTRUCTIONS***
1. Put in the blender the lemongrass, soy sauce, garlic, calamansi juice, sugar, knorr seasoning, sugar.
2. Make sure to put pepper and salt inside the chicken.
3. Add some lemongrass, garlic, onion, and onion leaks inside the chicken.
4. Make sure to seal the chicken using a stick.
5. marinate chicken with the liquid mixture overnight.
6. Make sure to tie the legs of the chicken together.
7. Put the chicken in a turbo broiler.
8. Cook each side for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.
9. Add the melted butter to the marinade
10. Make sure to coat the chicken with the liquid mixture from time to time on each side.
11. Once cook, serve it and enjoy!

200g Chicken (boneless & diced)
1 ½ cups Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 + ¼ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 Egg
½ tsp. Soy Sauce
⅛ tsp. Tandoori Colouring (optional)
2 Tbsp. Plain Flour
2 Tbsp. Cornflour
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Coriander Powder

1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
½ Tbsp. Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cooking Oil

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:
Chicken boneless - 350 gms.
Marinade:
- Curd/yoghurt- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 3/4 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Ginger chopped- 1/2 inch piece
- Garlic cloves- 2
- Tomato purée- 2 tsp
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Preparation:
Blend the items for the marinade in a blender and pour it on the chicken. Rub to coat the both sides of the chicken with the marinade. Set aside for an hour to marinate.
Process.
- Take a grill pan and pre-heat it.
- Brush the pan with some olive oil.
- Once hot, place the marinated chicken one beside the other. Keep on high for around 3 mins to develop grill marks.
- Turn them on the other side & continue the same on the other side.
- Keep basting it with the oil left on the sides of the grill pan.
- Lower heat to medium & turn the pieces again to cook for another 4-5 mins on each side.
- Check with a fork if the chicken is cooked. Remove onto a plate.
