Danny Does | EP01: Short Ribs | GozneyTV
GozneyTV | EP.01 Danny Does – Stone Pot Braised Short Ribs Welcome to Danny Does. A new cooking show from inventive chef @danny_bowien where he explores New York’s vibrant culinary scene and teaches us how to cook creative and flavorful meals on Dome from his Eastside balcony. Danny is renowned for his groundbreakingly bold and fearless Mission Chinese flavors, and he’s constantly inspired by the foods around him. Like a musical prodigy listening to a sonata, Danny’s brain can translate whatever he’s eating into ingredients, spices, and method used to create the dish. In each episode, Danny will go from being inspired by his favorite restaurant-dishes to showing you how to make a dish of his own creation. In this first episode, Danny pays homage to Solo Italiano’s Paolo Laboa and Cho Dang Gol’s Spicy Galbi-Jjim. With its layers of flavor, textures, and mysteries to unlock, Danny shares a recipe for braised short rib ragu. While the food is incredible, joining Danny on his journey across Manhattan offers a true experience as we get a glimpse into the chef's mind. Subscribe to our YouTube channel to never miss an episode.
