How To make Black and White Cheesecake
**Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust: 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
melted
**Filling: 1 1/2 pound cream cheese
1 cup sugar :
plus
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
3 whole eggs plus
2 yolks
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ounces semisweet chocolate :
melted
3 tablespoons heavy cream
To makes one 10-inch cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Toss the crust ingredients together in a bowl. Press firmly into a 10-inch springform pan, and set aside. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the flour and zests, then slowly beat in the eggs, extra yolks, and vanilla. In a separately bowl, combine the melted chocolate and cream. Pour two-thirds of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Fold the chocolate mixture into the remaining filling into the plain filling to get a marbled effect. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door, and let the cake stand for 20 more minutes inside the oven. Cool on a rack. Refrigerate overnight. To make neat slices, cut the cheesecake with a hot knife, rinsing it off between each cut.

150g raspberries
25g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
6g gelatine (bloomed)
Extra raspberries and blueberries for garnish

UPDATE: It seems I forgot to the include 'adding the dry ingredients (flour/cornstarch/vanilla) to the wet ingredients' in the video. Please keep in mind, after adding the eggs and beating well to combine, add the dry ingredients and beat again until they have combined completely.
Making a cheesecake may be intimidating for various reasons; this video shows that it is not as difficult as you may think.
This is a light cheesecake made with labneh and whipping cream instead of cream cheese.
Labneh is a type of strained yogurt with a cream cheese like texture and a subtle flavour.

Ingredients:
For the Base
10 Original Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter
For the Cheesecake filling
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 cups (500 grams) labneh
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (200 ml) whipping cream (heavy cream)
1¼ cups granulated sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
For the Chocolate Ganache
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (200 ml) whipping cream (heavy cream)
1 cup + 1 tablespoon (200 grams) semisweet chocolate buttons (or chopped chocolate)

This is an easy to make Newyork style cheese cake recipe for beginners with minimal ingredients, yet tasty.
Basic cheesecake recipe at home

New York Cheese Cake Recipe

Biscuits 15 to 20 Nos ( Gram Crackers or any other biscuit)
Butter 4 tbsp melted (1/4 cup or 57 g)
Cream Cheese 800 g (3 Cups )
Sugar 1 Cup (200g)
Egg 4 Nos
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Bake over a water bath at 350 F / 180 C for 1 hr
If you do not have cream cheese , this is how to make at home.
1 liter whole milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
In a saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat, stirring gently .One the milk start to boil reduce heat and Add lemon juice one tbsp at a time while stirring the milk . When The milk curdles strain it , add salt and blend it to a cream consistency.
In this video I am using cream cheese spread which always gives me lighter and creamier textured cake.

Basque Burnt Cheesecake Recipe | Creamy and gooey easy cheesecake
A simple cheesecake that is the opposite of what you would imagine the perfect cheesecake to be.
Overly dark on the top, no biscuit or sponge base, and without the use of a water bath in the baking process. It's as simple as a cheesecake could get.
I had a small obsession with this cake ever since I laid eyes on it. Visually it stole my heart, and although I have never tasted the original slice of this cake from Basque, I have tried my best to recreate what I imagine it to be and this is my take on that cake.
