How To make Blue Ribbon Banana Cake
-Bette Leland cgvh43b- 3/4 c Shortening
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Bananas; mashed
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Cake flour; sifted
1 ts Soda
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
Cream together shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes. Add mashed bananas; beat 2 minutes. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture along with buttermilk and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round layer cake pans. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool layers. Fill and frost as desired. I use a Creamy Nut Filling and White Snow Frosting. See separate recipes. Bette...NM -----

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Don't Waste Leftover Banana, Try This Easy And Delicious Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 3 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Immediately pour into 6 inch mould
2 ripe banana
2 eggs
Sugar 2 tbsp
Put into a blender
Milk 200 ml
Blend until smooth
Strain
Cover
Place a stand
Boiling water
Steam for 20-30 mins Medium flame
Let it cool down & keep in the fridge for 2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

How to make Lemon Loaf Cake that is super moist and velvety with simple ingredients you can find at home.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup sugar (200g)
2 teaspoon lemon zest (8g)
1/2 cup softened butter (110g)
2 tablespoons of veg oil
2 large eggs (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (30ml)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (187g)
1 teaspoon baking powder(5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt(3g)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
LEMON GLAZE:
1/3 cup icing sugar (50g)
2 tbsp lemon juice (30ml)

Very light, very elegant and delicious marble pound cake????. One piece will not be enough at all...
Ingredients:
2/3 cup unsalted soft butter (150 g)(1 1/4 sticks)
1 1/2 cups sugar (300 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
3/4 cup milk (180 ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (300 g)
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder to add on half of the batter
- Bake at 350 F/180 C for about 50-55 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
