Eating plain salad or a simple salad with just olive oil or balsamic vinegar is quite delicious but if im gonna put some dressing on my salad, I always go for caesar! This dressing is for sure my favorite. This recipe is very easy and it doesn’t take that long to make. After this you can say goodbye to those overly processed salad dressings from the grocery store and expensive restaurant salads, this homemade caesar dressing is much better and it tastes fresh. Add the freshly baked croutons on top and you have a beautiful and delicious salad made fully at home!
The recipe I’ll be showing you is not the traditional one, it is a little adapted as we’re using lemon, mayonnaise and anchovies but tastes just as amazing. Toss it in some romaine lettuce, put parmesan cheese and your homemade cheesy garlic croutons on top and enjoy!
