Chili No Beans Made with Elk and Chorizo
In todays video We make the best no beans chili out there. You can substitute elk for ground beef or whatever you would like to. It's a fairly easy recipe to make in the crockpot.
Chili no beans
1 diced onion, 4 poblano peppers grilled, 2 red bell pepper grilled, 3 cloves garlic minced,3 tablespoons cumin, 2 tablespoons oregano, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2-4 cups fresh chicken stock, 2-3 pounds chorizo, or 1 lbs chorizo and 1lbs Elk burger, can substitute with 1lbs beef burger. 1 (6oz) can tomato paste. Brown gravy mix to thicken.
Grill the peppers, then bring inside and chop them up. Slice up the garlic and onion at this time. Add peppers onion and garlic to food processor and puree them into a salsa consistency. Brown your ground meat next. Add chorizo to the crockpot and turn on high. Add browned ground to the crockpot along with the pureed peppers, onion, garlic mixture to crockpot. Add chicken stock to the crockpot. Mix well then add tomato past along with the rest of the dry ingredients, then add Worcestershire sauce and stir. Bring to a boil on high then turn down to low and simmer for a couple hours. If the chili has to much liquid add beef gravy mix to the chili to thicken.
Grill up your favorite hotdogs then add chili on top for the best chili dogs ever!

Cold days call for warm kitchens and food like Black Bean Pork Chili! Basic ingredients in a slow cooker make for an easy, hearty meal in no time. Serve with a salad and tortilla chips!
BLACK BEAN PORK CHILI
1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin pork roast (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
31 ounces black beans (drained)
1 cup onions (chopped)
1 cup yellow bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup salsa (thick and chunky)
15 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes (do not drain)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
sour cream (garnish)
cheddar cheese (shredded, garnish)
Combine all ingredients except garnishes in 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 8 hours. Top individual bowls with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

INGREDIENTS
1lb ground beef
1 large shallot or 1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
29oz can tomato sauce
15oz can Bush’s Vegetarian Baked Beans
15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1-2 heaping Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more or less)
Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, tortilla chips, sour cream
DIRECTIONS
1. Brown ground beef, shallot or onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
2. Crock Pot Cooking Instructions: Transfer ground beef mixture to a 5 or 6 quart crock pot then add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine (can be done ahead of time. Store in the refrigerator until ready to start cooking.) Place a lid on top then cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Southern Style Hot Dog Chili Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Lb. ground beef (85-15)
2 cups water
1/8 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. using a deep pot, cover ground beef with water and break it up into fine pieces. Next, add all of the ingredients except for the tomato paste. bring the pot to a boil using med high to high heat.
2. Cook on high heat and bring the pot to a simmer, cook until the water reduce.
3. add tomato paste when the water is reduced in size, cook until the chili sauce is thick.
4. serve on hot dogs, hamburgers, even fries.
5. If you have any chili leftover, store in the freezer for later use.
