Hand beaten coffee, also known as soft coffee, Indian cappuccino, whipped coffee, and maybe more names is an instant coffee you can make at the comfort of your home.
Quick And Easy Cappuccino Recipe is a method of preparing creamy and foamy coffee. It is a very simple method of making cappuccino-style coffee at home and requires no special machines and coffee mixes. It involves incorporating air into a paste of coffee and sugar till thick and frothy, by beating the mix with a spoon.
This method of beating the coffee mix is what gives the coffee the name Beaten Coffee. On addition of milk, this coffee mix dissolves and the air is released creating a delicious froth of top of the coffee.

My name is Mike Jones, and I'm a barista at Third Rail Coffee right by Washington Square Park in New York City. I'm going to teach you some basic coffee-making skills.
I'm gonna show you how to make a cappuccino. A cappuccino is traditionally between five and six ounces. You have your shot of espresso, some milk, and then foam on top. Usually it's gonna be in thirds, which is two ounces of espresso, two ounces of milk, two ounces of foam, but somewhere around there is good. Officially, they say between one and two centimeters of foam on top, but there are many different interpretations. So, let's start off by pulling the shot, steaming the milk, and then pouring it. OK, so we have our espresso, we have our milk. Since I've let more air into the milk on this cappuccino we can do a little bit extra texturing, which is just swirling it around. You can give it some side to side shakes to incorporate the foam into the center. Sometimes if you've added just a little bit too much, you can pour about an ounce off the top. All right, now just pour and that is a delicious looking cappuccino.
How to Make the 3 Most Popular Milk Coffees #barista #coffee
In this video Jimmy is teaching us how to make the 3 most popular milk coffees which are the Flatwhite, Latte and Cappuccino. He talks about cup type and size, espresso volume and most importantly how much foam or milk froth is in each one.
The amount of foam is really what differentiates each coffee. Our general rule of thumb is 5mm of foam for a Flat White. 10mm of foam to make a Latte and 15mm of foam in a Cappuccino which is also finished off with a dusting of chocolate.
In the video Jimmy will show you how he count's out different amounts of time when introducing air into the milk while stretching it so he can produce the right amount of foam. Hopefully his method and explanation helps you to understand how to make each of these popular coffee shop drinks.
Thank so much for watching we hope you enjoy the video.

Simple guide for making the Perfect Cappuccino
In this video you will learn how to make the perfect cappuccino exactly the same we do here at Artisti Coffee Roastery.
The cappuccino is one of the three most popular coffee's on the menu and one that baristas should know how to make really well. In Australia there's a slight twist to the way we make them compared to the rest of the world and that is with the addition of chocolate powder. A cappuccino in Australia isn't complete without chocolate!
Other key components of any good cappuccino is a really nice extraction and perfectly textured milk with the right amount of micro foam. Adding the perfect amount of foam is extremely important.
