3 tb Butter 2 1/2 c Marshmallows;miniature 1 cn Chow mein noodles; 4 oz or -113 g. 12 Caramels 1 tb -Cold water 2 tb Peanut butter; smooth or -crunchy Melt butter with marshmallows over low heat or in microwave at Medium for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add noodles; toss until well coated. Drop spoonfuls of noodle mixture onto greased baking sheet. Melt caramels with water over low heat or in microwave at Low for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add peanut butter; mix well. Drizzle over treats. Chill. MAKES: 24 trEATS

Learn how to make soft and sweet peanut butter rice krispie treats!! Topped with milk chocolate, these are not your ordinary rice krispie treat recipe. Including tips on how to keep them soft and sticky. Enjoy!
Recipe: 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup granulated sugar 1 Tbsp water 1 cup smooth peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 6 cups rice krispies (a.k.a 'crisp rice cereal') 2 cups milk chocolate chips (or chocolate of your choice)
Line an 8 x 8 baking dish (for thick treats) or a 9 x 13 (for thin treats) with foil. Grease foil with vegetable oil, butter or shortening. Set aside. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine corn syrup, sugar and water. Stir constantly until the mixture JUST bubbles around the edges of the pan. Remove from heat immediately and stir in peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Pour over cereal in a large bowl and fold gently to coat the cereal. Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan and let cool. While mixture is cooling, melt chocolate in a bowl over barely simmering water while stirring constantly until half way melted. Remove from heat and continue stirring until chocolate is smooth. (alternatively melt chocolate in microwave by nuking in 30 second intervals, stirring between each just until chocolate is melted. Continue stirring until smooth). Pour melted chocolate over treats and spread out to a uniform layer. Let cool and cut into pieces. Makes 16-24 treats. Enjoy!

You will need: 3 full size or 4 multipack sized Mars bars (or other caramel & nougat bar) 100g chocolate 60g butter - cubed 60g Rice Krispies (or other similar rice cereal)
Method: 1. In a large bowl, melt chocolate and butter over a pot of simmering water. Remove from the heat when all the butter is fully melted and some of the chocolate then stir until fully melted 2. Add the rice cereal and stir until fully coated then press into a 6x7 inch pan lined with foil 3. Melt the 100g chocolate in the microwave or over simmering water and spread evenly over the cereal 4. Allow to set, trim the edges and cut into 8 bars
Store at room temperature in a sealed container for up to one week. Store in a cool place.
To set, either place in the fridge for 30 minutes or leave in a cool place for 2 hours
