How To make Carol's Lasagna
10 oz Lasagna noodles
-(use enough noodles -to cover your baking -dish 6 layers deep) 1 t Salt for each quart
-of boiling water 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated
SAUCE:
1 lb Hamburger, lean
1 md Onion, minced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 lb Tomatoes, stewed
1 lb Tomato sauce
6 oz Tomato paste
1/4 t Sugar
1 t Salt
1 t Basil
1 t Parsley
CHEESE MIX:
2 Eggs, beaten
16 oz Ricotta cheese
8 oz Cottage cheese,
-small-curd 1/2 c Romano cheese, grated
1 T Parsley flakes
1 t Salt
1 t Oregano
Pepper to taste Brown meat and drain off fat. Heat, but don't brown, onions; stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Fill a very large pot with water. Add about 1 t of salt for each quart of water in the pot. Add the lasagna noodles. Make sure that you cook enough noodles to cover a 13x9 baking pan 6 layers deep. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the inside of the baking pan with a light vegetable oil. Now make three filling layers. For each, put down 1/3 of the noodles, in two layers. Then spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture on the noodles. Then sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Finally, top with 1/3 of the sauce. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly hot. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Lasagna No Pasta Recipe - Low Carb Lasagna
Low Carb Lasagna made without pasta! This is a highly requested dish from my husband and friends. I'm certain your guests will love it too. There is no pasta which makes it low carb! Great for Christmas Eve or parties.
I used a professional grade mandolin by MIU to slice the zucchini. This is the closest model I could find to mine. (Mine is Model #90799) As an Amazon Affiliate, I earn on qualified purchases.

This recipe was inspired by Food Babe
Food Babe Kitchen Cookbook:
RECIPE: Use organic Non-GMO ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1 jar of strained tomatoes (24 ounces)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
olive oil to saute the onion, garlic, herbs
1 egg
1 container of ricotta cheese (15 ounces)
1 package of fresh Italian herbs: Fresh Italian Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme
1 tbsp of oregano or basil (you can also combine them)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 package of mozzarella cheese (16 ounces)
Zucchini depends on size - mine were small
Spinach or curly Kale (amount depends on size of baking dish)
Saute onion and garlic until brown, then add fresh Italian herbs, and then the tomatoes. Add red pepper flakes to give it just a little kick and salt. Let simmer about 10 minutes while you mix the Ricotta Cheese blend.
(If you wanted to make this vegan, substitute the cheese with vegan cheese and egg.)
Add to the Ricotta Cheese: Mix together:
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Oregano or/and Basil
1 egg
Use a mandolin to slice your zucchini.
Watch the video to see how to make layers for the lasagna.
Remove foil for the last 10 minutes of baking to get the cheese to brown.
You'll bake for 30-40 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes once it comes out of the oven.

Meat Lasagna
Ingredients:
Sauce
2 lb Ground Turkey (Ground beef can be substituted, if desired)
1 large Green Pepper (chopped)
1 large Onions (chopped)
2 tsp All-Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 jars (28 oz) Spaghetti Sauce
1 can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 can (15 oz) Diced Tomatoes
8 o- 12 oz Cream Cheese (keep in refrigerator until ready to use)
4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Sugar
Noodles
1 box (16 oz) Lasagna Noodles
4 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil, peppers, onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, stirring occasionally to break up the large chunks of meat. Add jars of sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, all-purpose seasoning, chili powder, Italian seasoning and stir until all ingredients are combined. Place the lid on the pot and allow to simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Noodles
In a large pot, bring 4 quarters of and 1 tablespoon of salt to boil over medium to high heat. Add noodles, reduce heat and boil for 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Remove from heat, drain, rinse several times with cold Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large 13 x 9 roasting pan (at least 3 inches deep), layer a thin layer of the meat sauce, a layer of cream cheese chunks (approx. 6 to 8 pieces), Sprinkle a hand full of both cheese and top with a layer of noodles. Repeat layering the meat sauce, cream cheese, cheese and noodles with the cheese. Finish by topping the lasagna with a layer of meat sauce, cream cheese, and any remaining cheese, cover with aluminum foil and Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes

Pentru 2.5kg lasagna avem.
3190 calorii (am calculat si uleiul din tigaie)
280g Proteina
250g Carbs
110g Grasimi
La o portie normala de restaurant de 300 de grame, aveti 400 calorii si 35 grame de proteina.
Eu in felul asta am slabit 70+kg de grasime, de la 147 la 75.
Sunt o persoana cu un apetit ridicat, si asta este singurul mod in care pot slabii si sa nu imi fie foame.
Daca aveti orice tip de intrebare, lasati-o mai jos.
Ingrediente folosite:
1k carne de curcan toccata
o ceapa mare - 160gr
2 ardei rosii - 400gr
2 morcovi - 300gr (puteti pune mai putin)
4 catei de usturoi (as pune 8)
50gr parmezan
1 conserva de rosii
paste de lasagna 250gr
10ml ulei de masline in tigaie
sare piper boia usturoi busuioc
50gr ricotta
50gr prosciutto crudo
Preparare:
Taiem ceapa marunt
Morcovii ii radem/la food procesor
Ardeiul rosu il taiem in patrate mici, cu cat mai mici cu atat mai bine.
Intr-o tigaie in care punem 10ml ulei de masline
Asezam tot curcanul si nu il miscam pentru 2-3 minute sau pana face o crusta
Dupa ce s-a format o crusta golden brown, il amestecam
Adaugam condimentele (adaugati mai mult pentru avem 3kg de mancare)
Adaugam toate legumele si le gatim la foc mare, amestecand, aproximativ 15 minute.
Gatim pana cand ardeiul este moale, iar dupa adaugam o conserva de rosii
Gatim pentru inca 5 minute pentru a reduce sosul de rosii.
Asamblare lasagna + preincalzire cuptor
Pregatim o caserola care poate intra in cuptor
Incepem cu un strat de carne
Adaugam parmezan ras
Adaugam o folie lasagna (FOLIILE SUNT PRE FIERTE OK, ALTFEL VOR IESII CRUDE)
Repetam procesul pana la ultimul strat
La ultimul strat, vom adauga 50gr branza ricotta si 50gr de prosciutto crudo si busuioc proaspat
Sunt optionale, dar adauga foarte mult la reteta
Cu lasagna asamblata, o punem la cuptor pentru 15 minute la 180 de grade.
O scoatem, o lasam sa se raceasca si o DEVORAM instant. Pofta buna
