4 lg Baking potatoes, scrubbed
2 c Raw carrots, scrubbed and
-finely diced 1 c Onions; finely diced
2 ts Olive oil
pn Dried crumbled basil 1/4 c Fresh parsley; freshly
-snipped Salt and pepper to taste Fresh chives; finely -snipped (opt) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub potatoes well, dry, pierce with fork in several places. Set potatoes in 400 degree oven to bake.

Ingredients:
2 Large Baking Potatoes
4 strips bacon
1 - 1 1/5 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup parmesan
3 tbs sour cream
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup whole milk (use as needed to thin potatoes)
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
olive oil
green onions to garnish
Directions:
Rinse and puncture the potatoes all over with a fork and Bake potatoes on 350- 400 degrees until fork tender (or microwave them).
Rub them with olive oil on the outside and season with salt. Once potatoes are tender, slice the tops off and scoop out the inside.
Add potatoes to a bowl and mash. Mix with milk, sour cream, butter, green onions, 1/2 of your bacon and cheese and season to taste.
Next, fill in your potato skins with your mashed potato mixture and top with caramelized onions/jalapeños and remaining shredded cheese.
Bake again at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and browned. Top with sour cream, bacon, and green onion (or whatever your preference is) Enjoy!

4 medium russet potatoes
6-7 strips thick cut bacon
1 cup yellow cheddar
1 cup white cheddar
1/2 boursin garlic and herbs
3 green onions
1/2 diced yellow onion
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp butter
1 cup whole milk
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
This Trick Will Forever Change The Way You Make Roasted Potatoes

Instructions:
1. buy russet potatoes and wash and peel them
2. cut them evenly into one size
3. bring water to a boil and add 3 tbsp kosher salt
4. add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the water
5. par boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender
6. put the roasting tray into the bottom of the 400-degree oven convection and leave for 15 minutes
7. toss potatoes in olive oil and rosemary salt making sure the edges break down
8. add olive oil and butter to the roasting pan on high heat burner and add potatoes back in.
9. roast for 30-40 minutes making sure to turn them every 10-12 minutes

4 sprigs sage stripped
1/2 cup+2tbsp kosher salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon zest
