How To make Cheddar Cheese Bread

milk, dry non-fat

butter, softened

teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
sugar
1 1/4
cup
water, warm
1 1/2
cup
cheddar cheese, sharp grated
Directions:
Place ingredients, in the order listed, into the pan. Select white bread,
and press 'Start'.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room
temperature.
This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading,
remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small
loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at
350 f. for 35-40 min.

Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Bread Recipe:
White Bread:
1 cup + 1 Tablespoon of warm water
2 Tablespoons of sugar
1 Tablespoon of yeast
2 Tablespoons of butter
1.5 teaspoons of salt
3 cups of white all-purpose flour
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT flour.
Stir with a fork to incorporate.
Add two cups of flour.
Mix well.
Add third cup of flour, a little at time (you may need a bit more or a bit less flour, depending on your climate and environment).
Cover and let rise until doubled in size (approximately one hour).
Toppings/fillings:
Jalapeño peppers, chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
Shape dough to your liking, fill with chopped jalapeños and cheddar cheese to taste, bake in a 350-degree oven until lightly browned (10-30 minutes depending on the size of your loaf), coat with melted butter, enjoy!

Ingredients:
•1 cup fresh, coarse grated Parmesan cheese
•2 ½ cups all purpose flour
•1 tablespoon baking powder
•1 teaspoon salt
•⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
•⅛ teaspoon white pepper
•4 ounces cubed Cheddar cheese
•½ cup sour cream
•3 tablespoons cooled, melted butter
•1 cup whole milk
•1 egg
Directions:
•Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and allow to cool to room temperature.
•Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
•Prepare a bread loaf pan with cooking spray.
•Sprinkle ½ cup of the coarse grated Parmesan cheese into the bottom of the bread pan and set aside.
•In a large bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper and white pepper.
•Add the cubed Cheddar cheese and make sure that each cube is coated in the flour mixture.
•In a separate large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, cooled melted butter, whole milk and egg until the mixture is smooth.
•Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture with a spatula. A thick batter will form.
•Spoon the batter into the bread pan.
•Sprinkle another ½ cup of the coarse grated Parmesan cheese over the batter.
•Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
•Let cool for 20 minutes.
