How To make Cherry Or Blueberry Topped Ice Box Cake
20 Whole graham crackers
2 c Cold milk
1 pk Vanilla or Chocolate Instant
Pudding/Pie Filling 1 3/4 c Thawed non dairy whipped
Topping 2 cn (21 oz each) cherry or blue
Berry pie filling Line 13 x 9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary. Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 mins. Let stand 5 min, then blend in non dairy whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers. Spread pie filling over crackers. Chill about 3 hours. Source: Jello Co Submitted: Dale/Gail Shipp

For my easy no-bake cheesecake, you’ll use a store-bought graham cracker crust. Beat all the ingredients (except the pie crust ;-) and the pie filling) until they are thoroughly blended. You’ll need a hand mixer to get a nice smooth filling. Pour the mixture in your store-bought crust, smooth it out, and chill. That’s all there is to it.

Cream and Graham base ingredients:
740 ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
300 ml condensed milk (chilled overnight)
20 grahams Chocolate single packs
10g gelatine clear and unflavored
1/8 cup hot water
Toppings and Fillings:
1-2 cups cherries
2 cups chocolate syrup
2-3 cups chocolate shavings
Procedure:
1) Whip all purpose cream for 5 min. on high speed
2) dissolve gelatibe in hot water. Note: do not mix hot gelatine into the cream
3) gradually add condensed milk into the cream
4) add dissolved gelatine
5) mix for another 3 min. on high speed
6) assemble: arrange grahams in a deep dish or container.
7) spread 1 cup cream mixture evenly on top
8) add 2 tbsp chopped cherries
9) drizzle chococlate syrup
10)repeat steps for the second layer. Note: refrigerate for 1 hour before adding the topping.
11)after 1 hour you can now add the toppings. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and cherry syrup, top with chocolate shavings and cherries.
12)Chill for 4 hours or overnight
For business you can use plastic containers for the packaging. And it's up to you if you will make 1 layer or 2 layers.
And you can add this to your dessert bar by using a shot glass for a nice presentation.
