Poblano Cream Sauce!
This insanely delicious green sauce is made with six simple ingredients! Poblano peppers, sour cream, garlic, salt, fresh cilantro and lime juice.
It's the perfect topping for your favorite tacos, enchiladas, burritos and tostadas. You can also mix this sauce into noodles to make a tasty poblano pasta (top with protein like grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon).
An easy sauce recipe is always a great way to add lots of flavor to your favorite foods!

This dish is one of my favorites, roasted peppers in a delicious creamy sauce something different but very delicious. My preference is eating them with a nice warm corn tortilla in a taco. It's very yummy hope you guys give it a try. :)

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs of chicken breast
3-4 poblanos chiles (pasilla)
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
16 oz of sour cream
1 can of corn
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion cut julienne style
1/2 tbs of chicken bouillon or to taste
salt & pepper to taste to season the chicken.

What to do when you want creamy sauce, chicken and spicy fire roasted poblano peppers? I came across a recipe, and with a long absence I wanted to share this video, not only because we are all in quarantine and also watching more videos and getting inspired to do new things and try new recipes. But because when I come across a recipe I don’t know if I want to go through the trouble of trying it, with that said I had to try this recipe, I found it, a bit disappointing, when it didn’t taste as I imagine it would. So I added more flavors and ingredients, like cilantro and garlic powder etc. Here are the ingredients:
2 ChickenBreast
2 fire roasted Poblano Peppers
1 cup Corn
1/2 small Onion in slices
1 garlic Clove minced
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cream cheese bar
1 Tablespoon Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Chicken Boullion
Salt pinch or to taste

Chicken Poblano Recipe: Yield 3 Large Portions
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 Large Poblano Peppers Seeded and skinned
16 oz Diced Tomato in its own juice
8 oz Tomato Sauce
2 to 3 Cloves Garlic thinly sliced
1 Cup White Zinfandel Wine
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil to fry in
½ teaspoon Salt
Scorch, skin, seed and slice the poblanos. Place chicken breasts into hot frying pan with oil, (you will need a pan with a lid) cook chicken until lightly browned on both sides. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan, bring to a boil, set temperature to low, cover and simmer for 45 minutes
This dish works well with a side of rice.
