Lemon Pepper Chicken
These Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts are so tender and juicy, and you'll want to spoon that delicious pan sauce over EVERYTHING. FULL RECIPE BELOW ????

INGREDIENTS
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.3 lbs. total) ($6.79)
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour ($0.02)
1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning ($0.30)
1 Tbsp cooking oil ($0.04)
1 clove garlic, minced ($0.08)
1/2 cup chicken broth ($0.07)
1 Tbsp butter ($0.14)
1 tsp lemon juice ($0.02)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional) ($0.10)
1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper ($0.02)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use a sharp knife to carefully fillet the chicken breasts into two thinner peices (or use thin-cut chicken breasts).
2. Combine the flour and lemon pepper seasoning in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the chicken breast pieces and then rub it in until the chicken is fully coated.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium. When the skillet and oil are very hot, add the chicken and cook on each side until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove the cooked chicken to a clean plate and cover to keep warm.
4. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute.
5. Add the chicken broth to the skillet and whisk to dissolve all the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Add the lemon juice and allow the sauce to simmer in the skillet for 3-5 minutes, or until it has reduced slightly. Taste the sauce and add salt if needed (I did not add any).
6. Finally, return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over top. Allow the chicken to heat through. Season with a little freshly cracked pepper and fresh chopped parsley (optional), then serve.

• 1 lemon, juiced (1/4 cup)
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 3 teaspoons lemon pepper
• 2 teaspoon dried basil
• 2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon salt
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2️⃣ 00:00:20 - Lay chicken breasts out into baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and rub with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:00:55 - In a small bowl, whisk together lemon pepper, basil, oregano, and salt. Season chicken with mixture, coating all sides.
4️⃣ 00:01:31 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
5️⃣ 00:02:00 = Serve hot. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon slices (optional).

Lemon and pepper flavoured baked chicken is a must try !
LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 lemon
2 teaspoons crushed black peppercorns
½ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves + to garnish
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons oil + for greasing
A few wedges of lemon
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Put coriander leaves into a bowl. Grate lemon zest of half lemon into the bowl. Squeeze its juice into the bowl too.
3. Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, crushed black peppercorns and oil and mix well.
4. Slit the chicken breasts into half and add to the marinade, mix well and let it marinate for fifteen to twenty minutes.
5. Grease a baking tray and place the chicken breasts over it, cover the tray with an aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for ten to fifteen minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.

These are by far some of the best wraps i’ve made, the flavours are absolutely incredible, chicken is so juicy and the lemon pepper sauce is insanely good!????????????????
Macros per Wrap (Total 3 wraps)
409 Calories - 41g Protein | 32g Carbs | 13g Fat
Ingredients (For 3 Wraps)
- 540g Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (approx. 180g each wrap)
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves or 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 3 Lebanese Flatbreads (Brand: Filla Bakery - there are other brands too, i get these from a local Middle Eastern or Sainsburys/Asda)
- Shredded Lettuce
- Sliced Red Onion
- Diced tomato
Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 50-60g Light Mayo (Brand: Hellmans)
- 15-20g Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 whole Lemon Juice
Use a whisk to fully combine and mix till smooth

Cooking Instructions
- Let the chicken marinate for 30mins or more
- Place the chicken onto skewers
- Oven for 30mins at 200C or Air fry for 18mins at 200C
- You can brush some melted light butter over the chicken before cooking
- You can use chicken breast for this recipe if preferred
