1 26 ounces ca Cream of chicken soup
8 cups chopped cooked chicken
8 cups chopped broccoli* -- fresh or frozen
4 cups Mozzerella cheese
1 cup chopped Onion
Bread dough recipe
* cook if fresh, thaw if frozen Mix all ingredients. Divide into 4 freezer bags placing about 4 cups of mixture into each bag. Freeze. (At this point I will o ften bake one batch and flash freeze for quick lunches or snacks -to serve micr owave on defrost until done. My dh likes these in his lunch. The other three ba tches I freeze in bags to cook up another day.)

Broccoli and Cheddar Stuffed Grilled Chicken:
Chicken Boneless Breasts - 5 nos
For the marination :
Dijon Mustard - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Thyme (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Stuffing :
Butter - 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 5 cloves
Onion (finely chopped) - 2 nos
Thyme (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Broccoli (chopped) - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Cheddar (grated) - 1 cup
Other ingredients :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute it for a few seconds.
2. Add thyme, chopped broccoli, salt and pepper and mix it well till the broccoli cooks. Keep it aside and let it cool down.
3. Add grated cheddar to the broccoli mixture. Mix it well.
4. Make pockets by slitting the chicken breast in the centre lengthwise but keep the sides intact.
5. Stuff the pockets with the broccoli mixture.
6. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned for the marination. Let it marinate for an hour.
7. Heat a grill pan, add oil. Grill the chicken on both sides till grill marks appear and the chicken is cooked through.
8. Slice the chicken. Serve it hot.

This broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast is absolutely delicious, easy and a family favorite. This broccoli cheese stuffed chicken breast is filled with a simple mixture of cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onion and broccoli. Try out this easy chicken dinner recipe ????
5 chicken breasts
Chicken seasoning
1 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp crush red pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
Broccoli cheddar stuffing
8 oz cream cheese
8oz broccoli
1 small onion
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp complete seasoning
Boil broccoli for 3 minutes then drain excess water.
Butterfly chicken breast
Season chicken and set aside
Add cream cheese, broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese and seasonings to a bowl and stir until well combined.
Stuff your chicken breast with the mixture ( or roll mixture into chicken if it’s too thin)
Sear for 5 minutes on each side then bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes
