How To make Chicken Parmigiana Bread
PHASE:
1 lb Chicken cutlets (6 cutlets)
2 ea Eggs, beaten
1 c Milk
1 c Flour
1 c Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Olive oil
PHASE:
1 lb Loaf bread or pizza dough
1 x (I use frozen dough from the
1/2 c Olive oil
1/4 T Margarine or butter
2 ea Cloves garlic, minced
8 oz Mozzarella cheese, sliced th
This is a 2 phase recipe, and makes 2 loaves..... PHASE1: 1. Heat oil in frying pan.
2. Mix grated cheese with seasoned bread crumbs.
3. For each cutlet: dip in milk, dredge in flour, dip in egg, dredge
in bread crumb mixture. 4. Fry cutlets until browned on each side.
PHASE 2: 1. Heat olive oil and margarine until bubbling, then add garlic.
Saute. 2. Roll out bread dough to make an 11 x 17 rectangle. Slice this in
half. 3. For each half of the dough: brush with garlic mixture, turn on
the diagonal so that dough appears to be diamond-shaped. Lay 1/2 of the cutlets across the long end of the dough, cover with slices of mozzarella cheese. Bring the two short ends over the top of the cutlets to seal; brush top of dough with garlic mixture. 4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until bread is golden brown.

2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs

1 jar of your favorite brand marinara sauce or from scratch
White or wheat hoagie roll
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 clove grated garlic
2 tsps garlic paste
All purpose seasoning
Red pepper flakes
How to Make Chicken Parmesan - Chicken Parmigiana Recipe
Learn how to make delicious chicken parmesan at home!! This recipe is super easy yet tastes just as good if not better than any you'd order from a fancy Italian restaurant! Great served on it's own, over pasta or made into sandwiches. Quite a versatile dish!
What you'll need:
2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups Italian style bread crumbs (see how I make mine here: )
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
extra virgin olive oil
marinara sauce (see how I make mine here: )
approx. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
pasta of your choice
Trim chicken breasts and cut in half. Place between waxed paper or plastic wrap and pound out to about 1/2 inch thick. Set aside.
In one bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. In another, whisk eggs and in another mix bread crumbs and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
To bread the chicken, dredge in flour, then eggs and then into bread crumbs. Press the crumbs into the chicken. Place onto a plate and let set for 15 minutes. This helps the coating stick to the chicken.
In a skillet, add enough olive oil to make it 1/4 deep. Heat over medium high heat and fry the chicken for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil. Place into a baking dish and top with marinara sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella over top then remaining parmesan. Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese is melted and browned on top. Serve on it's own, over pasta or make into sandwiches. Makes 4 large chicken parmesans. Enjoy!!

Chicken Parmigiana
2 lbs Chicken Cutlets - thin sliced
2 C Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp Water
Favorite Jar Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Parsley for garnish
To make Fried Cutlets:
Put bread crumbs in bowl, in a separate bowl add eggs and water, mix. Dredge cutlets in bread crumbs, egg mixture and back into bread crumbs. Heat oil in pan,
fry cutlets until browned, flip and finish other side. Drain on paper towels.
Coat sauce in bottom of casserole dish, place chicken in dish and cover with more sauce, sprinkle on parmesan cheese and mozzerella cheese.
Bake @ 400° until cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley.

Sauce
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1tsp oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Other ingredients
1-2 chicken breasts
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parm
oregano to taste
1-2 eggs
2 tbsp water
2/3 cup AP flour
1/3 cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese
Basil
1) in a pot over medium heat add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Then add tomato paste and cook for 1 minutes next add diced tomatoes,oregano, pepper flakes
And salt & pepper to taste simmer stir if occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
2) Butterfly your chicken breast and season with salt and pepper
3) in 3 different bowls add 1 breadcrumbs, parm, oregano, and pepper
2 eggs and water
3 AP flour salt & pepper
4) dredge your chicken in flour then egg, then breadcrumbs.
5) in a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat and fry your chicken 2-3 minutes on each side or until 165f
6)then remove and top your chicken with sauce and cheese then torch or broil until cheese is melted, then serve with basil and enjoy!!!
