INGREDIENTS
1 lb (450 g) chicken breasts or thighs, sliced against the grain into 1/4” (5-mm) thick pieces
Marinade
1 tablespoon light soy sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons light soy sauce (or soy sauce)
2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Stir fry
2 tablespoons peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped (I used mixed colors)

The Black Pepper Chicken recipe is one of my favorites in my family. Simple but delicious, you can make this great Black Pepper Chicken dish both for everyday meals and festive occasions.
If you love the taste of pepper, the Black Pepper Chicken Stir Fry has to be a part of your cooking repertoire! It is a spicy cauldron of ground peppercorns, bell pepper, and green chili fried with bite-sized chicken and onions. If you would like to make this dish cheerier, feel free to throw in some colorful peppers! Enjoy this Black Pepper Chicken hot with a bowl of steamed rice.
Originating from China, the stir fry method involves continually stirring your ingredients with a small amount of hot oil over time. You can term this recipe as Chinese Style Black Pepper Chicken Recipe or Chinese Style Black Pepper Chicken Stir Fry.

For Marinating the Chicken:
1. Chicken – 200g
2. Egg White – 1
3. Sugar – ¼ TSP
4. Salt – ¼ TSP
5. Corn Starch – 1.5 TBS
For making Slurry:
6. Corn Starch – 1 TBS
7. Water – 3 TBS
For Black Pepper Sauce & Stir Frying the Vegetables:
8. Cooking Oil – 2 TBS
9. Chopped Garlic – 1 TBS
10. Soy Sauce – 1 TBS
11. Oyster Sauce – 1 TBS
12. Sesame Oil – 1 TSP
13. Salt – ¼ TSP
14. Black Pepper Ground – ½ TSP
15. Chicken Powder – 1 TSP
16. Water – 230ml
17. Onion – 45g
18. Green Chili- 15g

20. Green Capsicum – 50g

-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Oyster sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes 500 gms
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 medium
-Red bell pepper diced 1 small
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) ¼ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste (if required)
Directions:
For Sauce:
-In bowl,add soy sauce,oyster sauce,vinegar,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,garlic powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a wok,add oil and marinated chicken,cook until chicken is golden and set aside.
-In the same wok,add onion,red bell pepper,capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
-In wok,add garlic crushed and mix,add prepared sauce,chicken stock and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fried chicken and mix.
-Add stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
-Add green onion,sprinkle salt and mix well,serve with rice.

-Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes,corn flour aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur chicken golden hunay tak paka lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Is he karhai mein pyaz,red bell pepper aur shimla mirch dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein lehsan cruhsed dal ker mix karein,prepared sauce aur yakhni dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fried chicken dal ker mix karein.
-Stir-fried sabziyan shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur chawal ka saath serve karein.
