2 c Broccoli; cut 3/4" pieces 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/4 ts Lemon pepper; 1/4 ts Thyme; dried & crushed 1/4 ts Cooking oil; 1 cl Garlic; minced 4 Chicken breast halves; -boned skinless(1 1b total) 1 c Halved cherry tomatoes; Spray a cold large skillet with nonstick coating. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, onion, lemon pepper, and thyme to skillet. Cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove vegetable are crisp-tender. Remove vegetable mixture from the skillet; keep warm. Add oil and garlic to hot skillet. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Add to skillet. Cook chicken over medium-high heat about 10 minutes or till chicken is tender and not longer pink, turning once. Add Cherry tomatoes. Cover and cook 1 to 2 minute or till heated through. Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rice | One pan meal
Chicken thighs 1 cup or fresh broccoli 1.5 cups of long grain white rice 1 can of cream of chicken 2.5 cups of chicken broth 1 tbsp salted butter 1 tsp roasted chicken bouillon base
Seasoning for the chicken: 1/4 cup green seasoning (see my video) 1.5 tbsp of complete seasoning (I used QueenMaries “I put that on everything” 1 tsp poultry seasoning (I used browngirlspice) 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika
Seasoning for the rice: 1 tsp tumeric powder 1 tsp poultry seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup mild cheddar 1/2 cup sharp cheddar 1/4 cup mozzarella
INGREDIENTS 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs) salt , to taste fresh cracked black pepper , to taste 1/2 teaspoon paprika 4 tablespoons butter , divided 4 cloves garlic , minced 10.5 ounces (1 can) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup , or more if needed 1 cup water 2 cups chopped broccoli (or spinach, kale, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, etc.)
