Stuffed Creamy Spinach Chicken
Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken Breast (boneless skinless)
8oz cream cheese
10oz frozen spinach (thawed)
1 1/2 mozzarella cheese
3 garlic cloves ( chopped)
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
sea salt
black pepper
How To:
Preheat Oven 400 Degrees
Please wash your chicken. If the chicken breast is too thick, place between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a rolling pin. Then take a knife and fillet or slice chicken horizontally but not all the way through. Season the inside with garlic and onion powder. Close and season outside and both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Then sit chicken to the side to marinate for 20-30 mins. In a medium-size bowl add room temperature cream cheese. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out any access water or liquid and add to the cream cheese. Then add the mozzarella cheese and black pepper. Mix with a spatula. Then add chopped garlic and mix together again until all is combined. Then take each chicken breast and stuff each with 2-3 spoonfuls of spinach and cream cheese filling. You can use a toothpick to seal the edges to prevent filling from coming out if you like. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high medium heat until really hot. Then lower to medium heat and place no more than two chicken breast at a time. Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 mins to form a crust and golden brown. Then very gently and carefully flip the chicken over and cook for another 8 mins with the lid on. Then place in the oven (lid off) and bake for 15 mins until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Then allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes. EAT AND ENJOY!

I love all things pasta!
White Chicken Lasagna with Spinach is the creamiest, dreamiest, cheesiest white lasagna you’ll ever have the pleasure of eating. Perfect for the family, dinner guests, or for keeping all to yourself. If you love comforting, tasty pasta dishes like this white chicken lasagna, then you’re going to go ga-ga for this.
For this recipe, I went ahead and stirred the spinach right into the sauce to save a step. You can do this step using spinach, kale, or another hardy green. But don’t stop there — if you want to add more veggies to this dish, these are the ones I’d recommend, but with one caveat: Unless you are adding something quick-cooking, make sure your veggies are cut thinly and cooked first before adding to your spinach.

spinach chicken recipe
1 kg chicken
2 kg spinach boiled
1 tbsp Coriander powder
2 piece's cloves
5 pieces black pepper
half tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
1 green chillie
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp white zeera

Minute Meals: Chicken, Bacon & Spinach Gnocchi in White Wine Sauce
Instructional cooking tutorial with step by step instructions for my easy, healthy and yummy recipe wrapped up in a short 1 minute video.
What you'll need:
- chicken tenders
- bacon
- baby spinach
- gnocchi
- white wine
- chicken stock
- an onion
- shaved parmesan
How you do it:
Heat a skillet
Chop onion
Drizzle skillet with oil and add chopped onions. Cook onions till transparent then remove them from skillet and set aside.
Chop bacon and chicken into bite size chunks
Add bacon to the hot skillet and cook well to render the fat. Once cooked, remove bacon from skillet and place on paper towel to drain remaining fat.
Cook chicken till brown then remove from skillet and set aside
De-glaze hot skillet by adding 2 cups of white wine and a cup of chicken stock. Scrape bottom of skillet to get all the flavors from the onion, chicken and bacon. Allow to simmer and reduce.
Add onion to reducing wine and continue to simmer.
Boil gnocchi till gnocchi begin to float, then drain and set aside.
To simmering sauce add cooked chicken, cooked bacon, cooked gnocchi and spinach. Stir to combine.
Simmer for a further couple of minutes to allow flavors to unify.
Garnish with shaved parmesan and enjoy!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip (this recipe is not in our cookbooks)
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
4 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
2 TSP. RANCH DRESSING MIX OR ONION POWDER
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
2 CLOVES GARLIC, (PRESSED)
14 OZ. MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS - DRAINED & CHOPPED
1/2 CUP SPINACH (FRESH OR FROZEN)- COOKED, DRAINED & CHOPPED
8 OZ. PEPPER JACK CHEESE, GRATED
8 OZ. PARMESAN, GRATED
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and olive oil to a mixing bowl. With an electric mixer blend until smooth. Add one clove of garlic (pressed) and mix well. Fold in artichoke hearts, spinach, pepper jack cheese and half of parmesan and mix well.
Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese and 1 garlic clove pressed to top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Note: 16 oz of fresh spinach should be enough cooked and drained for this recipe.
