Here's what you'll need

35 oz. (1 kg) of chicken thighs (skin off for a healthier option)
10 oz. (300g) tin of diced tomatoes
4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3.5 fl. oz. (100ml) of red wine
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of oregano
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of white pepper

郎酒药材鸡 Dom Chicken Herbs
食材:
1只 鸡腿
4片 当归
枸杞 适量
1/2杯 水
4片 姜
2茶匙 郎酒
盐 适量
做法:
1. 把适量的盐(不需要多)抹上鸡腿。
2. 将鸡腿,当归,勾起,姜片,鸡精和水加入进炖盅里。
3. 火烧开后,放入炖盅用中火,蒸10分钟。
4. 10分钟后,打开盖子把郎酒加进去,盖上盖子在用中火继续蒸30分钟。完成后便可趁热喝。
Ingredients:
1 chicken drumstick
4 slices Angelica
Wolfberry moderate amount
1/2 cup water
4 slices ginger
2 teaspoons DOM wine
Salt to taste
Methods:
1. Spread an appropriate amount of salt (not much needed) on the chicken drumsticks.
2. Add chicken thighs, angelica, ginger, ginger, chicken essence and water into the stewing pot.
3. After the fire is boiled, put it in the stew pot over medium heat and steam for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, open the lid and add the DOM wine, close the lid and continue steaming on medium heat for 30 minutes. You can drink it while it's hot.

Chicken Thighs with Leeks, Garlic, Lemon, Wine & Herbs
Ingredients:
3 - 4 lbs. Pastured Chicken Thighs, Cleaned and Rinsed
1 Organic Leek, Thoroughly Cleaned and Sliced
4 - 5 Whole Cloves of Garlic
2 Organic Lemons Sliced, One for Cooking, One for Garnish
1/3 Cup of Dry Rose' or White Wine
1/3 Cup of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Organic Bay Leaves
1 TBPS Organic Dried Thyme
1 TBSP Organic Dried Tarragon
2 TSP Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions:
PreHeat the Oven to 375 Degrees
Put Chicken Thighs in a Dutch Oven or Oven Safe Pan with a Cover
Add Chopped Leeks
Add Whole Garlic Cloves, Distributing Throughout the Pan
Add One Sliced Lemon, Distributing Throughout the Pan
Add the 3 Bay Leaves to the Pan
Sprinkle some of the Thyme and Tarragon on Top
Add the Wine and the Olive Oil
Sprinkle on the Remaining Thyme and Tarragon
Finish with the Salt
Place in Oven for 15 Minutes with Cover On
Remove Cover and Bake for 45 Minutes or Until Done
Remove from Oven, Discard the Lemon and Garlic (Garlic Optional)
Garnish with Remaining Lemon Slices and Serve!
