Chipotle Garlic Chili Con Carne is everything we love about classic chili, but more meat and less of the other stuff. Don’t worry, we still have a plethora of chiles blended and mixed in via my very own chile paste. This, along with two whole chuck roasts seasoned up with some Chipotle Garlic, made for an epic bowl of chili. Top it with some cotija cheese and chopped scallions and we’ll call it a party! ???? ????

CHILI CON CARNE | La joya de la cocina tex-mex
Cómo hacer chili con carne fácil y rápido, uno de los platos más característicos de la cocina tex-mex. Es un guiso de ternera completo, rico, exótico, con el toque justo de picante e ideal para comer en tacos, fajitas, con nachos, con pasta, con arroz, o con crema agria. ¡Una gozada de receta! Y además, con ingredientes fáciles de encontrar.
INGREDIENTES Y RECETA ESCRITA:
500 g de carne de ternera picada
1-2 cucharaditas de chile en polvo
1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
1 cucharadita de cacao sin azúcar en polvo
300 g de frijoles o judías rojas cocidas
2 ajos
2 cebollas pequeñas
30 g de tomate concentrado
700 g de tomate triturado
300 ml de caldo de pollo
Aceite de oliva virgen extra
Cilantro fresco
Pimienta negra
Sal

Chili Con Carne, SIMPOL!
This easy and very versatile recipe that’s perfect to prepare during get-togethers. Best served with soft tortilla, bread or even with rice. Watch the video below for the whole recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
½ kilogram ground beef
2 pieces chorizo de Bilbao, diced
Set B:
1 head garlic, minced
1 piece large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Spanish paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
500 gram tomato sauce
2-4 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Set C:
2 cups beef stock
2 cans cooked red kidney beans
2 tablespoons chili flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste

This classic beef recipe is so ridiculously good that making chilli con carne with minced meat will never be the same again. To create such an incredibly tender meat dish, Jamie rubs spices into a brisket of beef and cooks it slowly over 7 hours. The result is incredibly juicy meat that melts in the mouth. Served with a homemade guacamole, sour cream and warmed tortilla this dish is truly worth the wait.

Chili Con Carne Recipe | How to Make Chili Con Carne
Chili con carne ( chili with meat) – one of the most known Mexican dishes around the world. This classic Mexican chili con carne is a great meal for family dinner or even for hosting friend and parties. This chili dish includes ground beef, peppers, tomatoes and red kidney beans.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3-4 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell pepper, chopped
1 Red hot chili pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
2 cans (800g) Crushed tomatoes
1½ pounds (675g) Ground beef
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
2 teaspoon Oregano
1½ cups (360ml) Beef stock/water
1 can (400g) Red kidney beans, drained
2-3 tablespoons Parsley/cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. In a large pan or Dutch oven heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, add diced bell pepper, chili pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, add crushed garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
2. Turn heat to high, add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add spices, tomato paste and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, beef stock, beans and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer over low heat for 1 hour, until thickens slightly.
4. Turn the heat off, add chopped herbs and stir.
5. Serve
